Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Work Life Balance (WLB) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Employee Performance di lingkungan Pegawai Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Lampung, dengan menggunakan kerangka perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani (MSDI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian berjumlah 44 karyawan dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala likert, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee perfomance, dan organzational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee perfomance. Sehingga, hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa work life balance dan organizational citizenship behavior secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee perfomance. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kinerja dapat dicapai melalui penerapan work life balance yang baik serta penguatan budaya organizational citizenship behavior di lingkungan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Lampung. Dalam Perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani memandang bahwa Employee Perfomance bukan sekadar pencapaian kerja, tetapi juga ibadah dan amanah yang dipertanggungjawabkan kepada Allah SWT. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and empirically prove the influence of Work Life Balance (WLB) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in the environment of the Lampung Province National Unity and Politics Employees, using the Human Resource Management (HRM) perspective framework. This study uses a quantitative method with field research and library research. The population and sample consist of 44 employees using total sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method through SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, this proves that work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, performance improvement can be achieved through the implementation of good work-life balance and the strengthening of the organizational citizenship behavior culture in the environment of the Lampung Province National Unity and Politics Agency. From a human resource management perspective, employee performance is not merely a work achievement, but also a form of worship and a mandate to be accounted for to Allah SWT.
