Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh infrastruktur jalan, listrik, dan air terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Way Kanan dari tahun 2013-2022 dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana ketiga variabel infrastruktur tersebut berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan bagaimana hal tersebut sejalan dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis data time series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur jalan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Y) di Kabupaten Way Kanan, dengan nilai thitung 15,645 > ttabel 2,365 dan sig. 0,02 < 0,05. Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas jalan memperlancar arus barang dan jasa, yang secara langsung mendorong aktivitas perekonomian. Sementara itu, infrastruktur listrik (X2) ditemukan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan (thitung 0,368 < ttabel 2,365 dan sig. 0,72 > 0,05), yang kemungkinan disebabkan oleh tingkat elektrifikasi yang sudah tinggi sehingga penambahan konsumsi listrik tidak lagi memberikan dampak marginal yang besar. Di sisi lain, infrastruktur air (X3) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan (thitung 2,624 > ttabel 2,365 dan sig. 0,03 < 0,05), karena ketersediaan air yang memadai meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja dan mendukung berbagai kegiatan ekonomi. Dari ketiga variabel, infrastruktur jalan (X1) merupakan faktor dominan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 358.16. Dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam, pembangunan infrastruktur ini sejalan dengan tujuan pencapaian kesejahteraan (falah), mendukung keadilan dan pemerataan, meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi, menjaga lingkungan (hifz al-biah), serta mendorong investasi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. ABSTRACT This study analyzes the effect of road, electricity, and water infrastructure on economic growth in Way Kanan Regency from 2013- 2022 in the perspective of Islamic Economics. The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which the three infrastructure variables contribute to economic growth and how it is in line with Islamic economic principles. The research method uses multiple linear regression to analyze time series data. The results showed that road infrastructure (X1) has a positive and significant influence on economic growth (Y) in Way Kanan Regency, with a tcount value of 15.645> ttable 2.365 and sig. 0,02 < 0,05. Improving the quality and quantity of roads facilitates the flow of goods and services, which directly encourages economic activity. Meanwhile, electricity infrastructure (X2) was found to have a positive but insignificant effect (tcount 0.368 < ttable 2.365 and sig. 0.72 > 0.05), which may be due to the already high electrification rate so that additional electricity consumption no longer has a large marginal impact. On the other hand, water infrastructure (X3) shows a positive and significant effect (tcount 2.624 > ttable 2.365 and sig. 0.03 < 0.05), as adequate water availability increases worker productivity and supports various economic activities. Of the three variables, road infrastructure (X1) is the dominant factor that has the most influence on economic growth, with a regression coefficient of 358.16. In the perspective of Islamic Economics, this infrastructure development is in line with the objectives of achieving welfare (falah), supporting justice and equity, increasing productivity and efficiency, protecting the environment (hifz al-biah), and encouraging investment and job creation.
