Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa peluang besar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas layanan reservasi fasilitas olahraga, khususnya futsal yang semakin populer di masyarakat. Selama ini proses pemesanan lapangan Futsal Srikandi Lampung masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pencatatan di buku atau komunikasi langsung dengan pengelola. Cara tersebut sering menimbulkan kendala, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, bentrokan jadwal, serta keterbatasan akses informasi terkait ketersediaan lapangan secara real-time. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Reservasi Lapangan Futsal Srikandi Lampung berbasis web yang dirancang untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan secara daring, memantau jadwal lapangan secara langsung, serta menyelesaikan pembayaran melalui integrasi payment gateway Midtrans. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan sistem. Implementasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP native, basis data MySQL, serta integrasi layanan Midtrans untuk mendukung transaksi pembayaran online. Proses pengujian memanfaatkan metode Black Box Testing pada fitur-fitur utama, seperti login pengguna, pemesanan lapangan, validasi bentrok jadwal, proses pembayaran, hingga pembuatan laporan. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan serta berhasil mengurangi permasalahan yang sebelumnya muncul pada sistem manual. Melalui sistem ini, pengelola Futsal Srikandi Lampung dapat memantau jadwal, transaksi, serta laporan secara terintegrasi, sementara pelanggan memperoleh kemudahan melakukan reservasi dengan cara yang lebih cepat, aman, dan praktis. ABSTRACT The development of information technology provides significant opportunities to improve the effectiveness of sports facility reservation services, particularly futsal, which is increasingly popular among the community. Until now, the reservation process at Futsal Srikandi Lampung has been carried out manually through record books or direct communication with the management. This method often leads to issues such as recording errors, schedule conflicts, and limited access to real-time information regarding field availability. Based on these conditions, this research focuses on designing and developing a web based Futsal Court Reservation Information System for Srikandi Lampung, aimed at facilitating customers in making online bookings, monitoring field schedules in real time, and completing payments through the integration of the Midtrans payment gateway. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with a Waterfall model approach, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The implementation was carried out using native PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Midtrans integration to support online payment transactions. The testing process applied the Black Box Testing method to the main features, including user login, court booking, schedule conflict validation, payment processing, and report generation. The test results indicate that all system functions operate as expected and effectively reduce the problems previously encountered in the manual system.The final product of this research is a web-based reservation application that enhances operational efficiency, transaction transparency, and service quality for customers. Through this system, the management of Futsal Srikandi Lampung can monitor schedules, transactions, and reports in an integrated manner, while customers benefit from the convenience of making reservations quickly, securely, and practically.
