Abstract

ABSTRAK Byond by BSI merupakan inovasi layanan perbankan digital syariah yang dikembangkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Kehadiran platform ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan transformasi digital di sektor keuangan sekaligus memperkuat posisi bank syariah dalam era ekonomi digital. Byond By BSI adalah aplikasi super-app digital perbankan syariah yang dikembangkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) untuk memberikan layanan keuangan yang mudah diakses, fleksibel, dan sesuai prinsip syariah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah Persepsi Kemudahan, manfaat dan kepercayaan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan berulang Byond By BSI. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis Persepsi Kemudahan, manfaat dan kepercayaan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan berulang Byond By BSI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah non probablity sampling yaitu metode sampling yang diambil secara acak. Karena populasi penelitian ini tidak diketahui, maka rumus yang diperlukan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan berulang Byond By BSI, manfaat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan berulang Byond By BSI, persepsi kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan berulang Byond By dan persepsi kemudahan, manfaat, dan kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan berulang Byond By BSI, yang artinya hipotesis diterima. ABSTRACT Byond by BSI is an innovative Islamic digital banking service developed by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The presence of this platform aims to answer the challenges of digital transformation in the financial sector while strengthening the position of Islamic banks in the digital economy era. Byond By BSI is an Islamic banking digital superapp application developed by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to provide financial services that are easily accessible, flexible, and in accordance with sharia principles. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the perceived convenience, benefits and trust partially or simultaneously affect the interest in repeated use of Byond By BSI. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceived ease of use, benefits and trust partially or simultaneously affect the interest in repeated use of Byond By BSI. The research method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, which is a sampling method taken randomly. Because the population of this study is unknown, the formula needed to determine the number of samples uses the Lemeshow formula. The results showed that perceived convenience has a negative and significant effect on interest in repeated use of Byond By BSI, benefits have a significant effect on interest in repeated use of Byond By BSI, perceived trust affects interest in repeated use of Byond By and perceived convenience, benefits, and trust simultaneously affect interest in repeated use of Byond By BSI, which means that the hypothesis is accepted
