Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh: Adisty Novitasari Pada umumnya kepuasan kerja guru honorer di Indonesia cenderung rendah, meskipun ada faktor-faktor tertentu yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi mereka terhadap pekerjaan mereka. Kepuasan kerja adalah perasaan atau evaluasi seorang individu terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan, yang mencakup perasaan positif atau negatif yang timbul akibat pengalaman kerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru honorer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah guru honorer. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden guru honorer yang mengajar di Bandar Lampung. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen berupa skala kepuasan kerja sebanyak 31 aitem (α = 0,936), skala religiusitas sebanyak 32 aitem (α = 0,958), dan skala beban kerja sebanyak 19 aitem (α = 0,889) dengan model skala likert. Metode analisis data penelitian berupa teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi R Square = 0,532 beserta taraf signifikansi 0,000 menunjukkan pengaruh religiusitas dan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebesar 53,2% dan 46,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil juga menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru honorer dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (Rx1- y) = 0,652. Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru honorer dimana semakin tinggi beban kerja yang dimiliki maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (Rx2-y) = 0,696. iv ABSTRACT Author: Adisty Novitasari In general, job satisfaction for honorary teachers in Indonesia tends to be low, although there are several factors that can influence their perception of their work. Job satisfaction is an individual's feelings or evaluation of the work they do, which includes positive or negative feelings that arise as a result of their work experience. This research aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and workload and job satisfaction in honorary teachers. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were honorary teachers. The research sample consisted of 100 honorary teacher respondents who taught in Bandar Lampung. Purposive sampling technique was used for sampling in the research. The research data collection technique uses instruments in the form of a 31- item job satisfaction scale (α = 0.936), a 32-item religiosity scale (α = 0.958), and a 19-item workload scale (α = 0.889) with a Likert scale model. The research data analysis method is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis state that there is a significant relationship between religiosity and workload and job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination R Square = 0.532 along with a significance level of 0.000 showing that the influence of religiosity and workload on job satisfaction is 53.2% and 46.8% is influenced by the variables other variables outside this research. The results also show that there is no significant relationship between religiosity and job satisfaction in honorary teachers with a correlation coefficient (Rx1-y) = 0.652. There is a significant positive relationship between workload and job satisfaction for honorary teachers where the higher the workload they have, the higher the level of job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient value (Rx2-y) = 0.696.
