Abstract

ABSTRAK Eksistensi organisasi pelajar sebagai penguatan kepribadian dan jalur silaturahmi, Namun data menunjukan adanya perdebatan dan gap antar anggota yang kerap menjadi citra negatif suatu organisasi. Peran PW IPPNU Lampung sebagai wujud wadah komunikasi, interaksi dan integritas pelajar puteri Nahdlatul Ulama untuk memperkuat ukhuwah Islamiyah. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Komunikasi Organiasi dalam meningkatkan ukhuwah Islamiyah pada Pimpinan Wilayah Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlatul Ulama Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan (filed research). Data diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan tiga Badan Pengurus Harian dan empat anggota PW IPPNU Lampung, Observasi partisipan, pengumpulan dokumentasi, dan analisis data untuk memperoleh data yang lengkap tentang komunikasi organisasi di PW IPPNU Lampung. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori komunikasi organisasi neoklasik. Teori yang menekankan bahwa keberhasilan organisasi sangat di pengaruhi oleh faktor manusia dan dinamika hubungan sosial dalam organisasi, termasuk pentingnya komunikasi informal untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasaan anggota. Teori ini memungkinkan menggali bagaimana interaksi dan komunikasi informal bisa mempererat ikatan emosional dan spiritual antar anggota, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat ukhuwah Islamiyah. Analisis menunjukan bahwa Pimpinan Wilayah Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlatul Ulama Provinsi Lampung menunjukan Tingkat antusiasme dan keaktifan yang cukup baik dalam meningkatkan ukhuwah Islamiyah. PW IPPNU Lampung berhasil menggerakan lingkup kerja organisasinya, tidak hanya terbatas pada kegiatan keagamaan dalam organisasi, teteapi juga meluas pada kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan. However, data shows debates and gaps among members, which often negatively impact the organization's image. The role of the Lampung branch of the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (PW IPPNU) serves as a forum for communication, interaction, and integrity among female Nahdlatul Ulama students, strengthening Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, this study aims to analyze organizational communication in enhancing Islamic brotherhood within the Regional Leadership of the Nahdlatul Ulama Female Student Association (IPS) in Lampung Province. This study used a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three members of the Daily Executive Board and four members of the Lampung branch of PW IPPNU, participant observation, documentation collection, and data analysis to obtain comprehensive data on organizational communication within PW IPPNU Lampung. This research draws on neoclassical organizational communication theory. This theory emphasizes that organizational success is strongly influenced by human factors and the dynamics of social relationships within the organization, including the importance of informal communication for increasing productivity and member satisfaction. This theory allows us to explore how informal interaction and communication can strengthen emotional and spiritual bonds between members, ultimately strengthening Islamic brotherhood. The analysis shows that the Regional Leadership of the Nahdlatul Ulama Female Student Association (IPPNU) in Lampung Province demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm and active participation in fostering Islamic brotherhood. The Lampung branch of IPPNU has successfully mobilized its organizational work, extending beyond religious activities within the organization to include social activities.
