Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi berkembang dengan sangat cepat. Kesiapan dan Peran sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana generasi muda, khususnya yang memahami nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam, dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang efektif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dan menciptakan solusi inovatif untuk masalah ekonomi dan sosial di masa depan. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kesiapan dan peran generasi muda sebagai agent of change dalam menghadapi dunia kerja di era society 5.0 serta bagaimana kesiapan dan peran tersebut dilihat dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis Kesiapan dan Peran generasi muda sebagai agent of change dalam menghadapi dunia kerja di era society 5.0 serta mengevaluasi kesesuainya dengan prinsip ekonomi islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dan penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara sistematis samping analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis dari penelitian ini Kesiapan kerja dan Peran generasi Z sebagai agent of change sangat berperan penting dalam menghadapi dunia kerja apalagi di era Society 5.0 di Kota Bandar Lampung dan membuka peluang sangat baik dalam menghadapi dunia kerja dan juga dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan melalui teknologi . Kesadaran Gen Z akan adanya teknologi yang semakin canggih salah satunya AI dan digitalisasi membuat mereka mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Dengan berbagai tantangan yang mereka hadapi di dunia kerja di bidang teknologi yang makin melesat maju. Dalam perspektif bisnis Islam selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam yang menekankan transparansi, keadilan, dan kepedulian sosial. Dalam konteks ini, Kesiapan dan Peran dunia kerja pada generasi Z di era society 5.0 tetap menekankan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam menggunakan teknologi dan juga media digital. ABSTRACT Technological developments and digitalization are evolving rapidly. Readiness and role models are essential to prepare for the world of work. This research aims to evaluate how the younger generation, particularly those who understand Islamic economic values, can become effective agents of change by leveraging technology and creating innovative solutions to future economic and social challenges. The research problem formulation is how the readiness and role of the younger generation as agents of change in facing the world of work in the era of society 5.0 and how this readiness and role are viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the readiness and role of the younger generation as agents of change in facing the world of work in the era of society 5.0 and evaluate its suitability with Islamic economic principles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies and field research. Data were collected through structured interviews, in-depth interviews, and observations. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing in addition to descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of the data. The results of the study show that the analysis of this study Work Readiness and the Role of Generation Z as agents of change play a very important role in facing the world of work especially in the era of Society 5.0 in Bandar Lampung City and opens up excellent opportunities in facing the world of work and can also open up job opportunities through technology. Gen Z's awareness of increasingly sophisticated technology, one of which is AI and digitalization, makes them prepare themselves to face the world of work. With the various challenges they face in the world of work in the increasingly advanced technology sector. In the perspective of Islamic business, it is in line with the principles of Islamic business ethics that emphasize transparency, justice, and social concern. In this context, the Readiness and Role of the world of work in the era of society 5.0 still emphasizes Islamic principles in using technology and digital media.
