Abstract

ABSTRAK Islam memandang bahwa perkawinan merupakan peristiwa sakral, bukan hanya karena sebagai perintah agama, namun juga tujuannya yang agung dan suci, sebab perkawinan yang sah merupakan bentuk wujud ketaatan seorang hamba kepada Allah dan kepada negara. Menjaga harmonisasi sebuah hubungan pernikahan bukanlah hal yang mudah, apalagi menjaga harmonisasi pada pernikahan suami istri yang menjalani hubungan pernikahan jarak jauh (Long Distance Marriage/ LDM). Kepuasan hubungan romantis mencerminkan perasaan positif individu terhadap hubungannya, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti kelekatan (attachment) dan komunikasi interpersonal (interpersonal communication). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara secure attachment dan interpersonal communication dengan romantic relationship satisfaction pada pasangan long distance marriage. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasangan LDM yang dewasa awal yang berumur 18-40 tahun yang berada di lampung dan diperoleh 367 subjek. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dua prediktor. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara secure attachment dan interpersonal communication dengan romantic relationship satisfaction pada pasangan LDM, didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0.689 dengan F hitung sebesar 164.667 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.001 (p < 0.01). Pada hipotesis kedua didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0.570 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.001 (p < 0.01). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara secure attachment dengan romantic relationship satisfaction. Variabel secure attachment memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,5% terhadap romantic relationship satisfaction. Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga didapatkan hasil koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,677 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.001 (p < 0.01). Variabel interpersonal communication memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 36,4% terhadap romantic relationship satisfaction. ABSRACT Islam views marriage as a sacred event, not only because it is a religious commandment, but also because its purpose is noble and holy, because a legal marriage is a form of obedience of a servant to Allah and to the state.Maintaining harmony in a marriage is not an easy task, especially when it involves couples in a long-distance marriage (LDM). Romantic relationship satisfaction reflects an individual’s positive feelings toward their relationship, which are influenced by various factors such as attachment and interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between secure attachment and interpersonal communication with romantic relationship satisfaction among couples in long-distance marriages. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was early adult LDM couples aged 18-40 years in Lampung and obtained 367 subjects. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis of two predictors. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between secure attachment and interpersonal communication with romantic relationship satisfaction in LDM couples, a correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.689 was obtained with an F count of 164.667 and a significance of 0.001 (p <0.01). In the second hypothesis, the correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.570 with a significance of 0.001 (p <0.01). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between secure attachment and romantic relationship satisfaction. The secure attachment variable provides an effective contribution of 10.5% to romantic relationship satisfaction. The results of the third hypothesis test obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.677 with a significance of 0.001 (p <0.01). The interpersonal communication variable provides an effective contribution of 36.4% to romantic relationship satisfaction. These results indicate a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and romantic relationship satisfaction.
