Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring perkembangan teknologi terkini di bidang keuangan adalah financial technology (Fintech). Salah satu kolaborasi dari sektor teknologi dan keuangan yaitu dompet digital, dengan memodifikasi perubahan bisnis dari model tradisional menjadi model modern. Dulu pembayaran memerlukan pertemuan langsung serta menggunakan uang cash (tunai), tetapi saat ini pembayaran bisa dilakukan dengan cara online dengan cepat salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan e-wallet dana. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Apakah kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menggunakan e-wallet dana?, (2) Apakah keamanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menggunakan e-wallet dana?, (3) Apakah kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menggunakan e-wallet dana?, (4) Bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan, keamanan dan kemudahan terhadap keputusan menggunakan e-wallet dana dalam perspektif ekonomi islam? (5) Apakah kualitas layanan, keamanan dan kemudahan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan menggunakan e-wallet dana? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan teknik metode purposive sampling dan rumus perhitungan di penelitian ini menggunakan Rumus Lemeshow. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung yang di ambil sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Pada analisis data dibantu dengan menggunakan softwere SPSS 25 untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam melakukan perhitungan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu variabel kualitas layanan, variabel keamanan, variabel kemudahan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan e-wallet dana dan dalam perspektif ekonomi islam pada kualitas layanan, keamanan dan kemudahan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan. ABSTRACT Along with the latest technological developments in the financial sector, financial technology (Fintech). One of the collaborations from the technology and financial sectors is digital wallets, by modifying business changes from traditional models to modern models. In the past, payments required a face-to-face meeting and used cash, but now payments can be made online quickly, one of which is by using a fund e-wallet. The formulation of the problem of this study is (1) Does the quality of service affect the decision to use the fund e-wallet?, (2) Does security affect the decision to use the fund e-wallet?(3) Does convenience affect the decision to use the fund ewallet?, (4) How does service quality, security and convenience affect the decision to use the fund e-wallet in the perspective of Islamic economics? (5) Does the quality of service, security and convenience affect the decision to use the fund e-wallet partially and simultaneously? This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample data collection technique using the purposive sampling method and the calculation formula in this study uses the Lemeshow Formula. The population of this study is FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung students who were sampled as many as 96 respondents. Data analysis is assisted by using SPSS 25 software to make it easier for researchers to make calculations. The results of this study are that the service quality variables, security variables, convenience variables partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet funds and in the perspective of Islamic economics on the quality of service, security and convenience simultaneously have a significant positive effect.
