Abstract
Kata kunci : Molluska, Indeks Keanekaragaman, Indeks Keseragaman, Indeks keseragaman, indeks dominasi, Gastropoda, Bivalvia. ii Abstract STUDY OF MOLLUSCA DIVERSITY AND ABUNDANCE BASED ON WATER ENVIRONMENT FACTORS ON THE COASTAL COAST OF PANJANG DISTRICT BY : Fiska Febby Berliana The coastal area in Panjang District also varied diversity of marine biota over a large area with varying substrates. There are many variation of marine biota in this coastal area, namely Molluscs which have an important role for society as food and environmental bioindicators. The aim of this research is to determine the diversity and abudances of Molluscs in the aquatic environment in the coastal coast of Panjang District. The rexearch was conducted in September 2023. Molluscs indentification was carried out using the FAO The Living Marine Resources on Western Central Pasific Volume 1 (1998) with the line transec method combined with the quadran method. Based on research, 19 species of Molluscs have been found consisting of the Gastropoda class which consits of 6 Families and Bivalve class which consits of 6 Families. The Gastropods found consisted of the Families Cyaperidae, Strombidae, Muricidae, Neritidae, Turbinidae and Olividae, while the Bivalves consisted of Aricidae, Lucinidae, Fimbrinidae, Verinidae, Mactridae, Psambideoeae and Placunidae. The calculation result of the Shannon - Wiener Diversity Index at the highest coastal location were 2,546 and the lowest was 1,747. These results are categorized as a medium diversity index. The Uniformity Index calculation results were the highest 0,975 and the lowest 0,946. The results of this calculation are included in the moderate uniformity index. The highest Dominance Index calculation results is 0,20 and the lowest is 0,11 and this calculation results is included in the moderate dominance index with the dominating species being Strombius urceus from the Gastropod class and Anadara antiquate from the Bivalves class. Key word : Molluscs, Diversity Index, Uniformity Index, Dominance Index.
