Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini lingkungan telah terancam dengan berbagai macam aktivitas manusia, oleh sebab itu perusahaan di tuntut untuk tidak mengesampingkan kepeduliannya terhadap lingkungan dan hanya berfokus pada kepentingan manajemen maupun investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tekanan stakeholder dan corporate governance index berpengaruh terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan sifat asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) tahun 2020-2023 dan sampel sebanyak 76 dengan 19 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan lanjutan perusahaan periode 2020-2023 yang dipublikasikan di website resmi Jakarta Islamic Index. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan hasil tersebut sesuai dengan hipotesis penelitian yaitu adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara corporate governance index terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Tekanan lingkungan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Tekanan karyawan tidak memiiki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Tekanan konsumen tidak memiiki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Tekanan pemegang saham memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas sustainability report. Dan Corporate Governance Index dalam perspektif islam harus mempunyai sifat yang shiddiq (kejujuran), amanah (tanggung jawab), tabligh (transparansi), fathanah (profesionalisme), adil (keadilan), Tauhid, Taqwa dan ridha. ABSTRACT Currently, the environment has been threatened by various human activities, therefore companies are required not to ignore their concern for the environment and only focus on the interests of management and investors. This study aims to determine the stakeholder pressure and corporate governance index affect the quality of sustainability reports. This type of research is quantitative with an associative nature. The population in this study are companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2020-2023 and the sample is 76 with 19 companies. This research uses secondary data in the form of company follow-up financial reports for the 2020-2023 period published on the official Jakarta Islamic Index website. Based on the research that has been carried out, these results are in accordance with the research hypothesis, namely that there is a significant influence between the corporate governance index on the quality of the sustainability report. Environmental pressure has no significant effect on the quality of sustainability reports. Employee pressure has no significant effect on the quality of sustainability reports. Consumer pressure has no significant effect on the quality of sustainability reports. And shareholder pressure has a positive and significant effect on the quality of sustainability reports, And the Corporate Governance Index from an Islamic perspective must have the characteristics of shiddiq (honesty), amanah (responsibility), tabligh (transparency), fathanah (professionalism), adil (justice), Tauhid, Taqwa and ridha.
