Abstract

ABSTRAK Solidaritas sosial masyarakat memberikan inspirasi kepada masyarakat agar bekerja sebaik mungkin mencapai hasil yang di harapkan, kepemimpinan kepala berpengaruh positive terhadap partisipasi solidaritas sosial masyarakat. Dalam hal ini terbangun sebuah harmonis, terbangun sebuah kerjasama antar masyarakat, dan gotong royong. Labuhan Ratu memiliki sebuah balai Sessat Agung bukan hanya sebuah gedung, melainkan sebagai salah satu persyaratan yang ada di Sessat Agung antaranya tempat ibadah, sekolah, permakaman umum, pemandian umum di sungai, dan gelar kampung (panggeh anek). Hal ini didasarkan atas silsilah kebuaian Belunguh, Teragak, dan Semako. Bahasa dan adatistiadat yang digunakan Masyarakat Adat Labuhan Ratu adalah Lampung Abung. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah, Bagaimana peran Sessat Agung masyarakat adat Lampung di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Kota Bandar Lampung, Bagaimana bentuk solidaritas sosial melalui Sessat Agung masyarakat adat Lampung di Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Sessat Agung masyarakat adat Lampung di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Kota Bandar Lampung, Untuk mengetahui bentuk solidaritas sosial melalui Sessat Agung masyarakat adat Lampung di Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Field Research (Penelitian Lapangan). Field Research merupakan penelitian Kualitatif, dimana peneliti mengamati dan berpartisipasi lansung dalam penelitian skala kecil untuk melakukan survei, eksperimen dan observasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan informasi utama yang dilakukan. Penerapan penelitian kualitatif dengan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu gejala, peristiwa, kejadian yang terjadi saat sekarang. Penelitian deskriptif memusatkan perhatian kepada masalah-masalah aktual sebagaimana adanya pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ialah peran balai Sessat Agung masyarakat adat Lampung sangat aktif dalam program kerja yaitu mentertibkan masyarakat, kegiatan adat dan budaya dan olahraga. bentuk solidaritas sosial dalam kepemimpinan tersebut antara lain: kerjasama, gotong royong, kepemimpinan dalam solidaritas sosial, kerukunan, kesetiakawanan, kebersamaan, simpati, agama, karena itu masyarakat memiliki kekuatan solidaritas masyarakat. ABSTRACT Social solidarity of the community inspires the community to work as well as possible to achieve the expected results, the leadership of the head has a positive influence on the participation of social solidarity of the community. In this case, harmony is built, cooperation between communities is built, and mutual cooperation. Labuhan Ratu has a Sessat Agung hall, not only a building, but also as one of the requirements in Sessat Agung including places of worship, schools, public cemeteries, public baths in the river, and village titles (panggeh anek). This is based on the genealogy of the Belunguh, Teragak, and Semako. The language and customs used by the Labuhan Ratu Indigenous Community are Lampung Abung. The formulation of the problem in this study is, What is the role of the Sessat Agung of the Lampung indigenous community in Labuhan Ratu Village, Bandar Lampung City, What is the form of social solidarity through the Sessat Agung of the Lampung indigenous community in Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Sessat Agung of the Lampung indigenous community in Labuhan Ratu Village, Bandar Lampung City, To determine the form of social solidarity through the Sessat Agung of the Lampung indigenous community in Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. The research method used is Field Research. Field Research is a Qualitative study, where researchers observe and participate directly in small-scale research to conduct surveys, experiments and observations are the main information collection techniques used. The application of qualitative research with qualitative descriptive, namely research that attempts to describe a symptom, event, incident that is currently occurring. Descriptive research focuses on actual problems as they are at the time the research is taking place. The data collection technique used is a technique that can be used to collect interview data, observations, and documentation. The results of the study are that the role of the Sessat Agung hall of the Lampung indigenous community is very active in work programs, namely disciplining the community, customary and cultural activities and sports. Forms of social solidarity in leadership include: cooperation, mutual cooperation, leadership in social solidarity, harmony, loyalty, togetherness, sympathy, religion, because of that society has the power of social solidarity.
