Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi reservasi dan pembayaran daring berbasis website pada pengelolaan Sport Center UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada masih digunakannya sistem manual dalam proses reservasi dan pencatatan transaksi, yang mengakibatkan sering terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan, ketidakefisienan dalam pengecekan jadwal, dan rawan terjadinya double booking. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teori sistem informasi sebagai dasar pemahaman terhadap integrasi teknologi dalam mendukung manajemen layanan, serta teori pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan model Waterfall. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pengelola Sport Center, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya sistem informasi berbasis website yang mampu memfasilitasi pengguna untuk melakukan reservasi dan pembayaran secara daring. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3, dengan integrasi payment gateway Midtrans untuk mendukung transaksi digital. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing dan menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi, mulai dari pemesanan, pengecekan ketersediaan, hingga proses transaksi daring. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi sistem informasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, transparansi jadwal, dan akurasi pencatatan data di Sport Center UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan akses layanan bagi pengguna internal maupun eksternal secara real-time. ABSTRAC This study aims to design and build a website-based online reservation and payment information system for the management of the UIN Raden Intan Lampung Sport Center. The background of this study is based on the continued use of manual systems in the reservation and transaction recording process, which results in frequent recording errors, inefficiencies in schedule checking, and the risk of double bookings. This study uses information systems theory as a basis for understanding technology integration in supporting service management, as well as software development theory with a Waterfall model approach. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a Waterfall model approach consisting of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews with Sport Center managers, literature studies, and documentation. The result of this study is the formation of a website based information system that is able to facilitate users to make reservations and payments online. This system is built using the CodeIgniter 3 framework, with the integration of the Midtrans payment gateway to support digital transactions. Testing was carried out using the Blackbox Testing method and showed that all features run according to their functions, from bookings, checking availability, to online transaction processes. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of this information system can improve operational efficiency, schedule transparency, and data recording accuracy at the UIN Raden Intan Lampung Sports Center. This system also provides easy access to services for internal and external users in real time.
