Abstract

ABSTRAK Islamic banking in Indonesia continues to grow, but the level of sharia financial literacy is still low so that public understanding of Islamic banking products is limited and has an impact on the low saving intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of Sharia Financial Literacy, Islamic Branding, and Islamic Corporate Governance on Saving Intention in Islamic banking among the community in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach with a sample of 400 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study show that Sharia Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Saving Intention, Islamic Branding has a positive and significant effect on Saving Intention, and Islamic Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on Saving Intention. In addition, these three variables simultaneously affect Saving Intention with an R-Square value of 0.907, which is included in the very strong category. This study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991) and emphasizes the importance of sharia financial literacy, Islamic branding, and Islamic governance in increasing Saving Intention in Islamic banking among the community in Bandar Lampung City
