ABSTRACT The development of macroeconomic conditions is one of the external factors that affect stock price movements, including in companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Factors such as the money supply, inflation, and the BI Rate interest rate have an important role in shaping market sentiment and investment decisions, thus having an impact on the rise and fall of Islamic stock indices. This study aims to analyze the influence of money supply, inflation, and BI Rate interest rates on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the 2021–2024 period. The research method used is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of monthly data obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, complemented by classical assumption test, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient (R²). The results of the study show that the money supply has a positive and significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and the BI Rate interest rate also has a negative and insignificant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Simultaneously, these three independent variables have a significant influence on the movement of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). These findings indicate that macroeconomic indicators need to be considered by investors, governments, and capital market participants in an effort to maintain market stability and optimize investment strategies.
