Abstract

ABSTRAK SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN REKOMENDASI OBJEK WISATA DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) Oleh: Alfia Kurnia Shinta Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang mempengaruhi pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Kabupaten Lampung Selatan termasuk salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki potensi wisata yang baik, terdiri dari wisata alam, budaya, sejarah, maupun buatan. Keterbatasan informasi terkait objek wisata dan belum adanya sistem rekomendasi berdasarkan preferensi wisatawan menimbulkan kesulitan dalam menentukan objek wisata yang sesuai keinginan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam memberikan rekomendasi objek wisata di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan model waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing untuk memastikan sistem bekerja sesuai fungsinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem rekomendasi objek wisata berbasis web yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna. Sistem ini secara efektif membantu wisatawan memilih objek wisata yang sesuai preferensi, serta memberikan informasi yang akurat dan relevan. Dengan demikian, ii penerapan metode SAW dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi wisata, mempermudah proses pemilihan tujuan wisata, dan turut mendukung pengembangan potensi sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. South Lampung Regency boasts significant tourism potential, encompassing natural, cultural, historical, and man-made attractions. Limited informbation on tourist attractions and the lack of a recommendation system based on tourist preferences make it difficult to identify the right destinations. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to design a Decision Support System (DSS) in providing tourist attraction recommendations in South Lampung Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. This system was developed using the waterfall model approach, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and testing using the blackbox testing method to ensure the system functions as intended. The result of this research is a web-based tourist attraction recommendation system that can provide recommendations according to user criteria. This system effectively helps tourists choose tourist attractions that match their preferences, as well as providing accurate and relevant information. Thus, the application of the SAW method in this decision support system is capable of improving the quality of tourist information services, facilitating the process of selecting tourist destinations, and contributing to the development of the tourism sector potential in South Lampung Regency.
