Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas buku ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis Heyzine Flipbook digital untuk siswa kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Tiga objek penelitian yang terlibat adalah siswa kelas IV dari tiga Sekolah Dasar berbeda di Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan fokus pada pengumpulan data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan utama: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui angket dan pedoman wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Model ini bersifat sistematis dan komprehensif, sangat cocok untuk mengembangkan produk pembelajaran seperti buku ajar digital. Dalam konteks pengembangan buku ajar, pendekatan kuantitatif umumnya memanfaatkan statistik untuk menginterpretasikan hasil pengamatan dan mengetahui hubungan antar variabel atau membandingkan unsur-unsur. Pengembangan buku ajar PAI berbasis Heyzine Flipbook digital melibatkan serangkaian langkah yang berfokus pada kualitas dan kelayakan produk. Buku ajar yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur interaktif seperti navigasi digital, soal latihan, dan media visual pendukung untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa. Heyzine Flipbook dipilih sebagai platform karena kemampuannya dalam menyajikan materi secara visual menarik dan dapat diakses seperti membaca buku cetak biasa. Proses ini juga melibatkan validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran untuk memastikan kelayakan dan kualitas bahan ajar. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar Heyzine Flipbook ini memiliki kualifikasi yang sangat baik dan layak digunakan. Validasi ahli media mencapai 82,3% dan ahli materi 84,5%, keduanya dalam kategori sangat layak. Respons siswa terhadap uji coba menunjukkan tingkat persetujuan yang tinggi, dengan rata-rata 89,14% hingga 92%, mengindikasikan bahwa bahan ajar ini sangat praktis dan disukai oleh siswa. Buku ajar ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan agama Islam serta memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, efektif, dan mandiri bagi peserta didik di era digital. Kata Kunci : Buku Ajar, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Heyzine Flipbook, Sekolah Dasar v ABSTRACT This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a digital Heyzine Flipbook-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) textbook for fourth-grade students in elementary schools in Bandar Lampung City. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The three research subjects involved were fourth-grade students from three different elementary schools in Bandar Lampung City, with a focus on quantitative data collection. This study adopted a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, which consists of five main stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires and interview guidelines, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques and quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. This model is systematic and comprehensive, making it highly suitable for developing learning products such as digital textbooks. In the context of textbook development, quantitative approaches generally utilize statistics to interpret observational results and determine relationships between variables or compare elements. The development of a digital Heyzine Flipbook-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) textbook involved a series of steps focused on product quality and feasibility. The textbook included interactive features such as digital navigation, practice questions, and supporting visual media to enhance the student learning experience. Heyzine Flipbook was chosen as the platform for its ability to present material visually appealing and accessible, similar to reading a regular printed book. This process also involved validation from subject matter experts, media experts, and instructional design experts to ensure the material's suitability and quality. The expert validation results indicated that the Heyzine Flipbook material was highly qualified and suitable for use. Media expert validation reached 82.3% and material expert validation 84.5%, both in the very suitable category. Student responses to the trial showed a high level of agreement, with an average of 89.14% to 92%, indicating that the material was highly practical and well-liked by students. This textbook is expected to enhance Islamic religious knowledge and facilitate more engaging, effective, and independent learning for students in the digital age.
