Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus dan dana bagi hasil di Pulau Sumatera yang mengalami fluktuatif sejak 9 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2015 hingga 2023 yang mempengaruhi terjadinya fluktuatif pula pada ketimpangan pendapatan asli daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 9 tahun sejak tahun 2015 hingga 2023 di Pulau Sumatera. Sampel yang digunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu menggunakan 10 Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh negatif terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan asli daerah provinsi di Pulau Sumatera tahun 2015-2023, dana alokasi umum, tetapi dana alokasi khusus dan dana bagi hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan asli daerah provinsi di Pulau Sumatera tahun 2015-2023. Secara bersama-sama/serempak variabel pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus dan dana bagi hasil berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan asli daerah provinsi di Pulau Sumatera tahun 2015-2023. Perspektif ekonomi Islam mengenai ketimpangan pendapatan masyarakat terkait dengan kemiskinan yaitu merupakan suatu ketidakmampuan seseorang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mereka sendiri. Ketimpangan dalam pembangunan juga masih terjadi pada saat ini belum memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik tidak mengolah sumber daya alam secara efektif. Kata kunci: Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Bagi Hasil, Ketimpangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Pendapatan Asli Daerah. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe local revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds and revenue sharing funds on the island of Sumatra which have fluctuated since the last 9 years, namely from 2015 to 2023 which affect the fluctuations in local revenue inequality. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 9 years from 2015 to 2023 on the island of Sumatra. The sample used is saturated sample method, namely using 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis which is processed using Eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that the variable local ownsource revenue negatively affects the inequality of provincial local own-source revenue on the island of Sumatra in 2015-2023, general allocation funds, but special allocation funds and revenue sharing funds have no effect on the inequality of provincial local own-source revenue on the island of Sumatra in 2015-2023. Jointly or simultaneously, the variables of local own-source revenue, general allocation fund, special allocation fund and revenue sharing fund simultaneously affect the inequality of provincial own-source revenue in Sumatra Island in 2015-2023. The Islamic economic perspective on income inequality is related to poverty, which is a person's inability to meet their own needs. Inequality in development also still occurs at this time not having good human resources does not process natural resources effectively.
