Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Seni Budaya kelas V MIN 12 Bandar Lampung, Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa hanya 33,33% peserta didik di kelas 5A dan 18,52% peserta didik di kelas 5C yang mencapai nilai di atas KKM. Hal ini berarti masih terdapat 66,67% peserta didik di kelas 5A dan 81,48% peserta didik di kelas 5C yang belum mencapai standar minimal tersebut, yang disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya penggunaan model pembelajaran dan media yang sesuai. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dengan media barang bekas terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Seni Budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment atau eksperimen semu. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V MIN 12 Bandar Lampung semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025, yang terdiri dari 27 siswa kelas 5A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 27 siswa kelas 5C sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes hasil belajar dan penilaian portofolio, sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2 tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model Flipped Classroom berbantuan media barang bekas terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model ini terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional karena mendorong siswa untuk aktif, kreatif, dan peduli lingkungan. Penggunaan media barang bekas tidak hanya mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran tetapi juga memberikan nilai edukatif dan lingkungan dalam proses pembelajaran Seni Budaya. Kata Kunci: Flipped Classroom, Media Barang Bekas, Hasil Belajar, Seni Budaya. iii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of fifth grade students in the Cultural Arts subject at MIN 12 Bandar Lampung. The data obtained shows that only 33.33% of students in class 5A and 18.52% of students in class 5C achieved scores above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). This means that 66.67% of students in class 5A and 81.48% of students in class 5C have not yet met the minimum standard, which is attributed to the suboptimal use of appropriate learning models and media. Based on this problem identification, the objective of this study is to determine the effect of using the Flipped Classroom learning model with recycled materials as media on students' learning outcomes in the Cultural Arts subject. Study employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The research subjects were fifth-grade students of MIN 12 Bandar Lampung in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, consisting of 27 students from class 5A as the experimental class and 27 students from class 5C as the control class. Data collection techniques included learning outcome tests and portfolio assessments, while data analysis was conducted using an Independent Sample T-Test with the assistance of the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that the significance value (Sig. 2 tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of using the Flipped Classroom model assisted by recycled materials on students’ learning outcomes. This model proved to be more effective than conventional learning because it encouraged students to be active, creative, and environmentally conscious. The use of recycled materials not only supported the achievement of learning objectives but also provided educational and environmental value in the Cultural Arts learning process.
