Abstract
Kata Kunci : Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Ekspor, Impor, Inflasi dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that affect economic growth in Indonesia from an Islamic economic perspective, especially the influence of Foreign Investment (FDI), Domestic Investment, exports, imports, and inflation in the 2015–2023 period. The main problem is the imbalance between FDI, Domestic Investment, exports, imports, and inflation with economic growth showing a downward trend, despite increasing investment and international trade. The data was analyzed using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) model with a sample of 34 provinces. The results showed that FDI, Domestic Investment, and exports had no significant effect on economic growth (t-statistic < 1.9677). On the other hand, imports have a significant positive effect in the long term (t-statistic 6.50819 > 1.9677), and inflation has a significant effect in the short and long term (t-statistic > 1.9677). In the perspective of Islamic economics, the principles of justice, balance, and sustainability are essential to ensure inclusive and well-being oriented economic growth. In conclusion, Foreign Investment (FDI), Domestic Investment Exports have no influence on economic growth, while Imports have an influence in the long term and Inflation has an influence on economic growth in 34 provinces in Indonesia during the 2015-2023 period. Keywords : Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Domestic Investment, Exports, Imports, Inflation and Economic Growth
