Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengidentifikasikan bagaimana pengaruh Jumlah Wisatawan Mancanegara (5 Negara ASEAN Yaitu Brunei, Malaysia, Filiphina, Singapura Dan Thailand) Dan Jumlah Hunian Hotel Terhadap Jumlah Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Pada Sektor Pariwisata di Indonesia Pada Tahun 2014-2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data panel. Data diperoleh melalui Badan Pusat Statistik dan Laporan Kinerja Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, 2023. Dianalisis menggunakan uji t dan uji f untuk mengetahui masing-masing variabel independen terhadap dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pariwisata di Indonesia, Jumlah Hunian Hotel berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pariwisata di Indonesia. Variabel Jumlah Wisatawan Mancanegara dan Jumlah Hunian Hotel secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pariwisata di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Wisatawan Mancanegara, Hunian Hotel, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Parwisata ABSTRACT This study aims to measure and identify how the Number of Foreign Tourists (5 ASEAN Countries, namely Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) and the Number of Hotel Occupancies affect the Number of Labor Absorption in the Tourism Sector in Indonesia in 2014-2023. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a panel data analysis method. Data were obtained through the Central Statistics Agency and the Performance Report of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, 2023. Analyzed using the t-test and f-test to determine each independent variable against the dependent. The results of the study indicate that Foreign Tourist Visits have a negative and insignificant effect on Labor Absorption in the Tourism Sector in Indonesia, the Number of Hotel Occupancies has a negative and significant effect on Labor Absorption in the Tourism Sector in Indonesia. The variables Number of Foreign Tourists and Number of Hotel Occupancies together have a significant effect on Labor Absorption in the Tourism Sector in Indonesia.
