Abstract
ABSTRAK Bank Syariah memiliki beberapa risiko spesifik yang dapat memengaruhi stabilitasnya. Dua faktor utama yang mungkin menyebabkan kebangkrutan pada bank syariah adalah risiko kredit dan pendapatan keragaman. Di samping untuk ini, risiko manajemen diperlukan untuk menjaga stabilitas keuangan, menunjukkan bahwa produk bank Syariah harus mematuhi prinsip -prinsip syariah yang ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh Risiko Spesifik dan Good Corporate Governance secara parsial terhadap Stabilitas Bank Muamalat Tahun 2018-2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari annual report bank muamalat. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, yaitu dengan memeriksa dokumen seperti laporan keuangan perusahaan serta laporan tahunan yang dipublikasikan oleh perusahaan dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan dan laporan Good Corporate Governance Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Spss versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel NPF tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Stabilitas Bank, variabel BOPO tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Stabilitas Bank, CAR berpengaruh terhadap Stabilitas Bank, variabel Direksi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Stabilitas Bank, dan variabel DPS tidak berpengaruh terhadap Stabilitas Bank Sedangkan secara simultan variabel Risiko Spesifik dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Stabilitas Bank. Kata kunci: Risiko Spesifik, Good Corporate Governance, Stabilitas Bank.ABSTRACT Islamic banks face several specific risks that can affect their stability. Two main factors that may lead to the bankruptcy of Islamic banks are credit risk and income diversification. In addition to these, risk management is essential to maintain financial stability, highlighting that Islamic banking products must strictly adhere to Sharia principles. This study aims to examine the partial effect of Specific Risk and Good Corporate Governance on the Stability of Bank Muamalat for the period 2018–2024. This research is a quantitative explanatory study. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from Bank Muamalat’s annual reports. The sampling technique used in this study is documentation, which involves reviewing documents such as the company's financial statements and annual reports published by the institution. The sample used in this study includes the financial reports and Good Corporate Governance reports of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that, partially, the NPF (Non Performing Financing) variable does not have a positive effect on bank stability; the BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income) variable does not have a positive effect on bank stability; the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) variable has a significant effect on bank stability; the Board of Directors variable does not have a positive effect on bank stability; and the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) variable does not affect bank stability. However, simultaneously, the Specific Risk and Good Corporate Governance variables have a significant simultaneous effect on bank stability.
