Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung yaitu rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA.Permasalahan tersebut peneliti ketahui berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti di MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung. Pada saat proses pembelajaran IPA peserta didik kurang memahami konsep-konsep yang dipelajari dan masih kurang optimalnya variasi dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran sehingga mengakibatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik masih rendah, maka dari itu inovasi pembelajaran diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Pembelajaran IPA Siswa KelasV di MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas V di MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung, jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Quasy Experiment dengan desain penelitian Only Posttest Control Group Design, sehingga akan diberikan instrumen posttest kepada kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan teknikrandom sampling. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelompok kelas diantaranya kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas V A dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas V B. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, tes uraian, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-T (Independent Sampels T-Test) sesuai dengan keputusan teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan taraf signifikasi 5% (0,05) pada nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dengan keterangan bahwa terdapat pengaruhpenggunaan model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas V diMIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung. The problem is known by researchers based on the results of pre-research conducted by researchers at MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung. During the science learning process, students do not understand the concepts learned and there is still a lack of optimal variation in the use of learning models resulting in low understanding of the concepts of students, therefore learning innovations are needed to improve students' understanding of concepts in science subjects. This study aims to see the effect of the Children Learning In Science (CLIS) Learning Model on Understanding the Concepts of Science Learning for Grade V Students at MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung.This study aims to see the effect of Children Learning In Science (CLIS) learning model on the understanding of science learning concepts of fifth grade students at MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all fifth grade students at MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung, this type of research uses Quasy Experiment with Only Posttest Control Group Design research design, so that posttest instruments will be given to the control and experimental classes. This research was conducted at MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung with a sampling technique that is by random sampling technique. The sample of this study consisted of two class groups including the experimental class, namely class V A and the control class, namely class V B. This study used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, descriptive tests, and documentation.This study used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, descriptive tests, and documentation. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results of the study based on the results of the calculation of the T-test (Independent Samples T-Test) in accordance with the decision of the data analysis technique used in this study with a significance level of 5% (0.05) at sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with the information that there is an effect of the Children Learning In Science (CLIS) learning model on the ability to understand the concept of science learning of grade V students at MIS Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung.
