Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap negara pasti mengharapkan adanya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang sangat pesat. Pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara didukung oleh ketersediaan sumber daya ekonomi. Namun, tidak semua negara mampu mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diharapkan, yang mungkin disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kurangnya modal dan ketidakmampuan memenuhi kebutuhan domestik secara mandiri. Oleh karena itu, kerja sama ekonomi internasional memegang peranan penting dalam saling mendukung pembangunan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Foreign Direct Investment, Impor dan Angkatan Kerja terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di negara Emerging Market di ASEAN tahun 2010-2023. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari World Bank dengan metode analisis data panel. Alat statistik yang digunakan untuk analisis data menggunakan software e Views 10. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan metode Common Effect Model (CEM), menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel foreign direct investment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, variabel impor berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan variabel angkatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara simultan variabel foreign direct investment, impor dan angkatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mampu menjelaskan pengaruhnya sebesar 45,4% terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara Emerging Market di ASEAN. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak hanya diukur dari peningkatan volume barang dan jasa, tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek moralitas, kualitas akhlak, serta keseimbangan antara tujuan duniawi dan ukhrawi. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Foreign Direct Investment, Impor, Angkatan Kerja dan Perspektif Ekonomi Islam.ABSTRACT Every country certainly expects very rapid economic growth. The economic development of a country is supported by the availability of economic resources. However, not all countries are able to achieve the expected economic growth, which may be caused by various factors, including lack of capital and the inability to meet domestic needs independently. Therefore, international economic cooperation plays an important role in supporting each other's development and meeting needs that can drive economic growth. This study aims to see the effect of Foreign Direct Investment, Imports and Labor Force on Economic Growth in Emerging Market countries in ASEAN in 2010-2023. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using literature studies and documentation. Secondary data sources in this study come from the World Bank with panel data analysis methods. The statistical tool used for data analysis uses e-Views 10 software. The results of the study using panel data regression analysis with the Common Effect Model (CEM) method, show that partially the foreign direct investment variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, the import variable has a negative and significant effect on economic growth and the labor force variable does not have a significant effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, the foreign direct investment, import and labor force variables have a significant effect on economic growth and are able to explain its effect of 45.4% on economic growth in Emerging Market countries in ASEAN. In an Islamic economic perspective, economic growth is not only measured by increasing the volume of goods and services, but also paying attention to aspects of morality, moral quality, and the balance between worldly and spiritual goals.
