Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemahaman Konsep Ilmu Pengetauan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) menjadi salah satu hal penting yang diharapkan dalam proses pembelajaran Sains, namun kenyataannya masih ada peserta didik yang belum memahaminya secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi joyfull learning berbantu media flashcard terhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS peserta didik kelas IV MIN 12 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif.dengan jenis penelitian Quasy Eksperiment dan desain yang digunakan yaitu Posttest Only Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel diambil secara Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meggunakan tes pemahaman konsep IPS berupa soal pilihan ganda beralasan. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh.peserta didik kelas IV MIN 12 Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan strategi.Joyfull learning berbantu media flashcard dan peserta didik kelas IV C MIN 12 Bandar Lampung sebagai kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan strategi Interaktif dengan media poster. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Rasch Model menggunakan software Ministep 5.9.2 untuk mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, serta dilanjutkan dengan uji Mann-Whitney U untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 20 dari 25 item (fit), item reliability sebesar 0,74 cukup konsisten, person reliability 0,75 cukup bagus, alpha cronbach 0,78 bagus sekali, dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan diketahui bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,001 < 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan strategi joyfull learning berbantu media flashcard terhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS peserta didik kelas IV MIN 12 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Strategi Joyfull learning, Media Flashcard, Pemahaman Konsep IPAS ii ABSTRAK Conceptual Understanding of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) is one of the important aspects expected in the science learning process. However, in reality, some students still do not fully understand these concepts. This study aims to analyze the effect of the joyful learning strategy assisted by flashcard media on the conceptual understanding of IPAS among fourth-grade students at MIN 12 Bandar Lampung. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi experimental design, specifically the Posttest Only Control Group Design. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a conceptual understanding test in the form of reasoned multiple-choice questions. The population of this study was all fourth-grade students of MIN 12 Bandar Lampung. The sample consisted of class IV B as the experimental class using the joyful learning strategy with flashcard media, and class IV C as the control class using the interactive learning strategy with poster media. Data analysis was conducted using the Rasch Model with Ministep software version 5.9.2 to assess the validity and reliability of the instrument. The hypothesis was tested using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that 20 out of 25 items were fit; item reliability was 0.74 (fairly consistent), person reliability was 0.75 (quite good), Cronbach’s alpha was 0.78 (very good), and there was a significant effect as indicated by the Sig. (2-tailed) value = 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the joyful learning strategy assisted by flashcard media has a significant effect on the conceptual understanding of IPAS among fourth-grade students at MIN 12 Bandar Lampung.
