Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh: Sella Febry Aidina Mahasiswa tingkat akhir dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan dalam transisi dari dunia pendidikan ke dunia kerja, seperti ketidakpastian dalam menentukan karir dan tuntutan keterampilan yang harus relevan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan akibat perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan adaptabilitas karir sangat penting untuk membantu mahasiswa merencanakan dan memperoleh pekerjaan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dan dukungan keluarga dengan adaptabilitas karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 370 mahasiswa tingkat akhir 2021 Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Studi Agama dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Teknik yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu adaptabilitas karir sebanyak 23 aitem (α = 0.930), self efficacy sebanyak 17 aitem (α = 751) dan dukungan keluarga sebanyak 18 aitem (α = 0.776). Metode analisis data penelitian berupa analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS v.25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan dukungan keluarga dengan adaptabilitas karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan nilai koefisien korelasi R Square = 0.649 dengan taraf sig. 0.000 sebanyak 64,9% sedangkan 35,1% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara self efficacy dengan adaptabilitas karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan nilai koefisien korelasi(rx1-y) = 0.739. Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan adaptabilitas karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan koefisien korelasi (rx2-y) = 0.458. Therefore, career adaptability is crucial to help final year students plan and obtain suitable employment. This study aims to examine the relationship between self efficacy and family support with career adaptability among final year students The population in this study was 370 final year students of the 2021 Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies and the sample used was 200 final year students. The technique used in this study was the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used three scales, namely career adaptability as many as 23 items (α = 0.930), self efficacy as many as 17 items (α = 751), and family support as many as 18 items (α = 0.776). The research data analysis method was in the form of multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.25. Based on the results of data analysis there is a significant relationship between self efficacy and family support with career adaptability in final year students with a correlation coefficient value of R square = 0,649 with a significance level of 0,000 as much as 64,9% while 35,1% is influenced by other factors. There is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and career adaptability in final year students with a correlation coefficient value (rx1-y)= 0,739. There is a significant positive relationship between family support and career adaptability in final year students with a correlation coefficient (rx2-y)= 0,458.
