Abstract

ABSTRAK PEMBUATAN SISTEM VISUALISASI HITUNG CEPAT MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI TABLEAU (STUDI KASUS: PILKADA LAMPUNG 2024) Oleh: El Vito Kumala Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem visualisasi hasil hitung cepat (quick count) Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Lampung 2024. Latar belakang penelitian ini didorong oleh kebutuhan akan penyajian data hasil pemilu yang cepat, akurat, transparan, dan mudah dipahami, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap hasil pemilu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE yang dibatasi pada tahapan Analysis, Design, Development. Data quick count diperoleh dari Lembaga Survei Rakata Analytics and Advisory melalui 440 TPS sampel terpilih yang tersebar di 15 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung. Data dikumpulkan melalui Google Form, diolah di Google Spreadsheets, dan divisualisasikan menggunakan aplikasi Tableau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem visualisasi quick count berhasil dikembangkan dan mampu menyajikan data persebaran suara dalam bentuk peta interaktif, grafik batang, dan tabel distribusi suara per wilayah. Sistem visualisasi ini mendekati hasil resmi KPU dengan margin of error sebesar 0,32% dan confidence level 99%. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk penyajian data hitung cepat yang lebih informatif, interaktif, dan dapat dipercaya publik. ABSTRACT PEMBUATAN SISTEM VISUALISASI HITUNG CEPAT MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI TABLEAU (STUDI KASUS: PILKADA LAMPUNG 2024) Oleh: El Vito Kumala This research aims to design and develop a visualization system for the quick count results of the 2024 Lampung Regional Head Election (Pilkada). The study is motivated by the need for presenting election result data that is fast, accurate, transparent, and easy to understand, thereby enhancing public trust in the election outcomes. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model approach, limited to the stages of Analysis, Design, and Development. Quick count data were obtained from Rakata Analytics and Advisory through 440 selected sample polling stations (TPS) spread across 15 regencies/municipalities in Lampung Province. The data were collected via Google Form, processed in Google Spreadsheets, and visualized using Tableau. The results indicate that the quick count visualization system was successfully developed and is capable of presenting vote distribution data in the form of interactive maps, bar charts, and tables of vote distribution by region. The visualization system closely matches the official results of the General Elections Commission (KPU) with a margin of error of 0.32% and a confidence level of 99%. Therefore, this system is expected to serve as a solution for presenting quick count data in a more informative, interactive, and publicly trusted manner.
