Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan stagnasi dan lambatnya penurunan disparitas pendapatan khususnya di 34 provinsi di Indonesia, yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya seperti industri yang beraglomerasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tidak inklusif serta perbedaan indeks pembangunan manusia antar wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel aglomerasi industri, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) terhadap disparitas pendapatan di 34 provinsi di Indonesia dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam tahun 2016-2024. Penelitian ini dikaji menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik serta disajikan dalam bentuk data panel selama 9 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2016-2024 dengan analisis regresi linier berganda mengunakan alat bantu EViews 12. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel IPM memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan. Sedangkan variabel aglomerasi industri dan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel bebas, aglomerasi industi, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan IPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disparitas pendapatan di 34 provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2016-2024. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam, disparitas pendapatan merupakan pelanggaran prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam yaitu prinsip keadilan (adl), keseimbangan (tawazun), dan tanggung jawab sosial (mas’uliyah) yang harus segera diatasi dengan mengintegrasi kebijakan pemerintah dengan prinsip keadilan dalam konomi islam. Kata kunci: Aglomerasi Industri, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Disparitas Pendapatan. ABSTRAC This study motivated by issues of stagnation and the slow decline of income disparity, especially in 34 province of Indonesia, caused by various factors such as industrial agglomeration, non-inclusive economic growth, and differences in the Human Developmen Index (HDI) across regions. This research aims to examine the influence of industrial agglomeration, economic growth, and the Human Development Idex (HDI) on income disparity in 34 provinces in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic economic in 2016-2024. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), presented in panel data from over the 9 years, from 2016 to 2024, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance EViews 12. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The result show that partially, the variables of HDI have a significant effect on income disparity. Meanwhile, the industrial agglomeration and economic growth do not significant effect on income disparity. Simultaneously, all independent variables, industrial agglomeration, economic growth, and HDI significantly effect on income disparity in the 34 province of Indonesia in 2016-2024. From the perspective of Islamic economics, namely justice (adl), balance (tawazun), and social responsibility (mas’uliyah), which must be addressed immediately by integrating government polices with the principle of justice in Islamic economics.
