Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Siyasah Tanfidziyyah Terhadap Pemenuhan Hak Pendidikan Bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (Studi di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Provinsi Lampung)” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tentang, 1).Bagaimana Upaya SLBN PKK Provinsi Lampung Dalam Memberikan Pemenuhan Hak Pendidikan Bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus? 2).Bagaimana pandangan Siyasah Tanfidziyyah Terhadap Upaya SLBN PKK Provinsi Lampung Dalam Memberikan Pemenuhan Hak Pendidikan Bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus? Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Upaya SLBN PKK Provinsi Lampung Dalam Memberikan Pemenuhan Hak Pendidikan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Dan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pandangan Siyasah Tanfidziyyah Terhadap upaya SLBN PKK Provinsi Lampung Dalam Memberikan Pemenuhan Hak Pendidikan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi atau gambaran mengenai objek penelitian secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahap editing dan sistemazing, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Upaya Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri PKK Provinsi Lampung dalam Pemenuhan Hak pendidikan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Sudah cukup maksimal. Dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku yaitu Pasal 10 huruf a Undang – Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyandang Disabilitas, serta sesuai dengan prinsip Siyasah Tanfidziyyah yaitu Prinsip Keadilan. Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri PKK Provinsi Lampung dalam hal ini berupaya memenuhi pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan cara memberikan pendidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing siswa. Dengan demikian sekolah ini telah berhasil dalam mewujudkan hak pendidikan bagi setiap warga negara Indonesia. How are the Efforts of the Lampung Province PKK SLBN in Providing Fulfillment of Educational Rights for Children with Special Needs? 2). What is the view of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah on the Efforts of the Lampung Province PKK SLBN in Providing Fulfillment of Educational Rights for Children with Special Needs? While the purpose of this study is to determine the Efforts of the Lampung Province PKK SLBN in Providing Fulfillment of Educational Rights for Children with Special Needs. And to find out what the View of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah is on the efforts of the Lampung Province PKK SLBN in Providing Fulfillment of Educational Rights for Children with Special Needs. This research is descriptive qualitative which aims to create a description or picture of the research object systematically, factually, and accurately. Data collection using observation, interview, and documentation methods, data processing is carried out through the editing and systematizing stages, while data analysis is carried out qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of the PKK State Special School in Lampung Province in fulfilling the educational rights of children with special needs are quite optimal. And in accordance with the applicable regulations, namely Article 10 letter a of Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities, and in accordance with the principle of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, namely the Principle of Justice. The PKK State Special School in Lampung Province in this case strives to fulfill the education of children with special needs by providing education according to the needs of each student. Thus, this school has succeeded in realizing the right to education for every Indonesian citizen. Keywords : Education, Children with Special Needs, Siyasah Tanfidziyyah
