Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi dalam berbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah bidang pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk kebutuhan akan aplikasi mobile yang mudah diakses dan ramah pengguna. Klinik UIN Raden Intan Lampung saat ini belum memiliki aplikasi mobile yang dapat menunjang pelayanan seperti pendaftaran online, konsultasi kesehatan, dan informasi layanan secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) aplikasi klinik berbasis mobile dengan pendekatan design thinking yang berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna. Metode penelitian meliputi lima tahapan yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test untuk memastikan rancangan yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap pengguna potensial yang kemudian dianalisis dan dituangkan dalam bentuk empathy map untuk memvisualisasikan kebutuhan pengguna, user persona sebagai gambaran karakter pengguna, serta identifikasi pain point sebagai dasar pengembangan solusi. Rancangan prototype aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan alat desain Figma yang memungkinkan visualisasi tampilan dengan detail, selanjutnya diuji menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian memberikan nilai rata-rata 89,77 yang menunjukkan tingkat kemudahan penggunaan yang sangat baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan prototype UI/UX aplikasi mobile yang tidak hanya fungsional tetapi juga user-friendly, sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan penting dalam pengembangan sistem informasi layanan klinik di masa depan guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan secara digital dan lebih baik terhadap pengguna. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Mobile, Design Thinking, Klinik UIN Raden Intan Lampung, UI/UX. iii ABSTRACT The development of digital technology drives transformation in various sectors, one of which is healthcare services, including the need for mobile applications that are easily accessible and user-friendly. The UIN Raden Intan Lampung Clinic currently does not have a mobile application that can support services such as online registration, health consultations, and information on services efficiently. This research aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a mobile-based clinic application using a design thinking approach centered on user needs. The research methods include five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test to ensure the design produced aligns with user needs and preferences. Data collection was conducted through interviews with potential users, which were then analyzed and presented in the form of an empathy map to visualize user needs, user personas as character representations of users, and identification of pain points as the basis for developing solutions. The application prototype design was developed using Figma design tools, enabling detailed visualization of the interface, then tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The test results provided an average score of 89.77, indicating a very good level of ease of use and suitability to user needs. This research successfully produced a mobile application UI/UX prototype that is not only functional but also user friendly, thus serving as an important reference for the future development of clinic service information systems to improve the quality of digital and better healthcare services for users.
