Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi pertumbuhan ekonomi di 10 Negara ASEAN yang cenderung berfluktuasi dari tahun 2014-2023 yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti rendahnya kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan dan juga sumber pembiayaan dari FDI yang berfluktuasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik yaitu Rule Of Law, Government Effectiveness, Regulatory Quality, Voice And Accountability, Control ofCorruption, Political Stability and Absence of Violence/Terrorism dan Arus Masuk Investasi Asing Langsung terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di 10 Negara ASEAN dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Tahun 2014-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi World Bank. Penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk data panel dengan regresi linier berganda dan memakai alat bantu analisis yakni Eviews 13. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa government effectiveness, Political stability and absensce of violence/terorrism, dan Arus masuk investasi asing langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sementara itu, Control of Corruption, Rule of Law dan voice and accountability tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara simultan seluruh indikator tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan arus masuk investasi asing langsung secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di 10 Negara ASEAN tahun 2014-2023. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam, pertumbuhan ekonomi dainggap bukan hanya sekadar akumulasi kekayaan saja, melainkan proses yang diarahkan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia, pengurangan kesenjangan sosial, dan pemeliharaan amanah untuk mencapai falah. Kata Kunci: Perumbuhan Ekonomi, Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang Baik dan Investasi Asing Langsung. iii ABSTRAC The problem in this study is based on the condition of economic growth in 10 ASEAN countries which tends to fluctuate from 2014-2023 caused by several factors such as low quality of governance and also fluctuating sources of financing from FDI. This study aims to determine the effect of good governance variables, namely Rule of Law, Government Effectiveness, Regulatory Quality, Voice and Accountability, Control of Corruption, Political Stability and Absence of Violence/Terrorism and Foreign Direct Investment Inflows on Economic Growth in 10 ASEAN Countries in the Perspective of Islamic Economics in 2014-2023. This study uses a quantitative approach with data sources in the form of secondary data obtained from the official World Bank website. This study is presented in the form of panel data with multiple linear regression and uses an analysis tool, namely Eviews 13. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The results of this study indicate that government effectiveness, Political stability and absence of violence/terrorism, and inflow of foreign direct investment have a significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, Control of Corruption, Rule of Law and voice and accountability do not have a significant effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, all indicators of good governance and inflow of foreign direct investment together have an effect on economic growth in 10 ASEAN countries in 2014-2023. In the perspective of Islamic economics, economic growth is considered not only an accumulation of wealth, but a process directed at fulfilling basic human needs, reducing social inequality, and maintaining the mandate to achieve falah.
