Abstract
ABSTRAK Dalam bidang kesehatan, pengelolaan Ssumber daya Manusia yang efektif menjadi sangat penting karena sektor ini dihadapkan pada tantangan yang serius, yaitu tingginya tingkat turnover atau keluarnya tenaga kerja. Salah satu Rumah Sakit yang juga menghadapi tantangan terkait turnover intention adalah Rumah Sakit Imanuel, tingkat turnover pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Imanuel mengalami kenaikan dari tahun ketahun yaitu dari tahun 2021 hingga tahun 2024. Meningkatnya fenomena turnover ini dapat berpengaruh negatif bagi rumah sakit seperti berkurangnya tenaga kerja yang berpengalaman serta meningkatnya biaya rekrutmen. Selain itu, pergeseran karyawan dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada operasional sehari-hari dan menurunkan efisiensi kerja tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sejumlah 759 karyawan yang merupakan seluruh karyawan Rumah Sakit Imanuel Kota Bandar Lampung. Kemudian teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebesar 89 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu IBM SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu variabel Employee Engagement, Work Life Balance dan Workplace Well-Being berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover Intention secara parsial dan simultan. Berdasarkan uji R2 diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Employee Engagement, Work Life Balance dan Workplace Well-Being memiliki tingkat kontribusi yang baik terhadap variabel Turnover Intention yaitu sebesar 70,2% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 29,8%. Kata kunci : Keterlibatan Karyawan, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dan Pribadi, Kesejahteraan Ditempat Kerja, Niat Berpindah Kerja. ABSTRACT In the health sector, effective Human resources management is very important because this sector is faced with a serious challenge, namely the high rate of turnover or departure of the workforce. One of the hospitals that also faces challenges related to turnover intention is Imanuel Hospital, the turnover rate among Imanuel Hospital employees has increased from year to year, namely from 2021 to 2024. This increasing turnover phenomenon can have a negative effect on the hospital such as a reduction in experienced labor and increased recruitment costs. In addition, employee turnover can cause disruption to daily operations and reduce teamwork efficiency. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 759 employees who are all employees of Imanuel Hospital, Bandar Lampung City. Then the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique and was calculated using the slovin formula so that a total sample of 89 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis tool used is IBM SPSS version 29. The results obtained are the variables of Employee Engagement, Work Life Balance and Workplace Well-Being have a negative and significant effect on turnover Intention partially and simultaneously. Based on the R2 test, it is found that the variables of Employee Engagement, Work Life Balance and Workplace Well-Being have a good level of contribution to the Turnover Intention variable, which is 70,2% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study, which is 29,8%.
