Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN ANTARA KREATIVITAS GURU DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SDIT TRESNA ASIH Oleh Murniyeh Kreativitas merupakan kemampuan seseorang melahirkan atau menciptakan sesuatu yang baru, baik berupa gagasan maupun karyanyata, karya baru maupun kombinasi dengan hal-hal yang sudah ada, yang semuanya itu relatif berbeda dengan apa yang telah ada sebelumnya. Sebagimana mestinya guru yang kreatif pastinya dapat menumbuhkan semangat belajar pada peserta didik. Adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah adakah hubungan yang positif antara kreativitas guru dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SDIT Tresna Asih. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kreativitas guru dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SDIT Tresna Asih. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V SDIT Tresna Asih sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 siswa, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan angket dan dokumentas. Uji validitas per butir soal dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan uji reliabelitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunkan uji korelasi product moment berbantu program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan berdasarkan nilai signifikansi Sig. (2-tailed): dari tabel output diketahui nilai sig. (2-tailed) antara Kreativitas Guru (X) dengan Hasil Belajar (Y) adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel X dengan Y. Berdasarkan nilai r hitung (pearson Correlation): diketahui nilai r hitung untuk hubungan Kreativitas Guru (X) dengan Hasil Belajar (Y) adalah sebesar 0,997 > r tabel 0,263 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan atau korelasi antara variabel kreativitas guru dengan hasil belajar yang positif. Berdasarkan data di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. This type of research is quantitative research with a research design The correlational population in this research is all students of class V SDIT Tresna Asih samples in this study numbered 54_students, -techniques Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation of learning outcomes Students Test the validity of each question item in this research using the correlation test product moment and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Test hypothesis1s This research uses a program-assisted product moment correlation test SPSS 26. The results of this study show that based on the significance value S1g_(2- tailed): from the output table the sig value is known. (2 tailed) between Creativity Teacher (X) with Learning Outcomes (Y) is 0.000-<0.05-vang This means that there is a significant correlation between variables X and Y Based on the calculated r value (Pearson Correlation): the calculated r value is known for the relationship between Teacher Creativity (X) and Learning Outcomes (Y) is equal to 0.997 > r table 0.263, it can be concluded that there is relationship or correlation between teacher creativity variables and results positive learning Based on the data above it can be concluded Balwa Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
