Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the management of digital-based medical record archives in supporting health services at the Sukaraja Health Center, Bandar Lampung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with several key informants who are directly involved in the management of digital medical record archives, as well as document analysis related to regulations and systems used. The results of the analysis indicate that the management of digital medical record archives at the health center has been running effectively and in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. The digital system used makes it easier to search for data, supported by good system maintenance, including access security, periodic system updates, and encrypted daily data backups. The process of reducing digital archives is carried out by following official procedures and involving the approval of the leadership and technical support from the IT team. These findings confirm that the digital transformation of medical record archives has a positive impact on the effectiveness of health services, especially in improving efficiency, data security, and quality of service to the community. Keywords: Medical Record Archives, Management, Health Center 1 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip rekam medis berbasis digital dalam mendukung pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sukaraja, Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa informan kunci yang terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan arsip rekam medis digital, serta analisis dokumen terkait regulasi dan sistem yang digunakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip rekam medis digital di puskesmas tersebut telah berjalan secara efektif yang digunakan mempermudah pencarian data, didukung oleh pemeliharaan sistem yang baik, termasuk pengamanan akses, pembaruan sistem secara berkala, serta backup data harian yang terenkripsi. Proses penyusutan arsip digital dilakukan dengan mengikuti prosedur resmi dan melibatkan persetujuan pimpinan serta dukungan teknis dari tim IT. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital arsip rekam medis memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan data, dan kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat.
