Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan pemahaman konsep sangat diperlukan dalam pembelajaran IPS. Pemahaman konsep yang baik menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan materi berikutnya. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu yang dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran IPS yang masih tergolong rendah, hal ini terlihat dari hasil nilai belajar IPS yang peneliti lihat, dimana persentase peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai dibawah kkm sebesar 65,21% dan siswa yang memperoleh nilai diatas kkm sebesar 17,39%. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu Apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. Rumusan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah ada pengaruh model pembalajaran Inkuiri terhadap pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembalajaran Inkuiri terhadap pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperimentas. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas A dan Kelas B. Sebagian kelas eksperimen kelas V A dan kelas kontol kelas V B. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes pemahaman konsep IPS berupa soal 10 pilihan ganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Independent Samples Test. Berdasarkan pengolahan data hasil analisis uji normalitas dan homogenitas diperoleh bahwa kedua kelas sampel tersebut normal dan homogen sehingga untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Independent Samples Test (uji- t) dengan taraf signitifikan 5% (0,05) yakni diperoleh 0,000<0,05 yang menyatakan Ho = ditolak dan Ha = diterima sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. A good understanding of the concept is the basis for the development of the next material. Based on this research conducted in class V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu which is based on the lack of understanding of concepts in social science subjects which are still classified as low, this can be seen from the results of IPS learning scores that the researchers saw, where the percentage of students who scored below KKM was 65.21% and students who obtained scores above kkm was 17.39%. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the inquiry learning model on the understanding of concepts in the subjects of social science class V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the inquiry learning model on the understanding of concepts in the subjects of social science class V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. The formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of the Inquiry learning model on the understanding of concepts in the subjects of social science class V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the Inquiry learning model on the understanding of concepts in the subjects of social science class V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental research method. The design of this research uses Quasi Experiment. The population of this study is the entire class V MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu for the 2023/2024 school year. The sampling technique in this study uses two classes, namely class A and Class B. Some experimental classes are class V A and cock class V B. The data collection technique used is an IPS concept understanding test in the form of 10 multiple choice questions. Hypothesis testing using the Independent Samples Test. Based on the processing of data from the normality and homogeneity test analysis, it was obtained that both classes of samples were normal and homogeneous so that for hypothesis submission using the Independent Samples Test (t-test) with a significant level of 5% (0.05), namely 0.000<0.05 which stated Ho = rejected and Ha = accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the inquiry learning model on the understanding of concepts in class V MIMA social studies subjects MIMA 7 Labuhan Ratu.
