Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar sebagai wujud pengamalan ajaran Islam, terutama di lingkungan pesantren. Walaupun pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an telah banyak dilakukan, kenyataannya masih terdapat santri yang belum mampu membaca Al Qur’an dengan fasih dan tartil sesuai kaidah. Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran Pesawaran Lampung, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang relatif baru, menerapkan metode Yanbu’a secara terstruktur dan memadukannya dengan nada tartil (murottal) sebagai strategi pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi metode Yanbu’a dan penggunaan nada tartil untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri di pesantren tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik triangulasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi pimpinan pondok, ustadz pengampu, dan peserta didik. Proses pembelajaran dibagi menjadi tahap pendahuluan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode Yanbu’a dilaksanakan sesuai jilid dan tingkat kemampuan santri dengan fokus pada tajwid dan makharijul huruf. Nada tartil diterapkan melalui maqam seperti Bayyati dan Nahawand agar bacaan lebih indah dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar. Hasilnya, kombinasi metode Yanbu’a dan nada tartil mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri secara benar, tartil, dan berirama indah. Kata Kuci: Metode Yanbu’a, Nada Tartil, Kemampuan Membaca Al Qur’an ii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the importance of the ability to read the Qur’an properly and correctly as a form of practicing Islamic teachings, especially in the context of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Although the teaching of Qur’anic reading has been widely implemented, in reality, there are still many students who are unable to read the Qur’an fluently and with tartil according to the proper rules. Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran Pesawaran Lampung, as a relatively new Islamic educational institution, applies the structured Yanbu’a method combined with tartil recitation (murottal) as a learning strategy. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the Yanbu’a method and the use of tartil tones to improve students’ ability to read the Qur’an. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with triangulation techniques to ensure validity. The research subjects include the boarding school leaders, teaching instructors, and students. The learning process is divided into three stages: introduction, implementation, and evaluation. The Yanbu’a method is applied according to the students’ level and book stages, focusing on tajwid and correct pronunciation (makharijul huruf). Tartil tones are practiced through basic maqamat such as Bayyati and Nahawand to beautify the recitation and boost learning motivation. The results show that the combination of the Yanbu’a method and tartil tones effectively improves students’ Qur’anic reading skills to be accurate, fluent, and melodious Keywords: Yanbu’a Method, Tartil Melody, Qur'anic Reading Proficiency
