Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.)Untuk Mengetahui Environmental, Social, dan Governance berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap abnormal return pada periode 2019-2023. 2.) Untuk Mengetahui Environmental, Social, dan Governance berpengaruh secara Simultan terhadap Abnormal Return pada Perusahaan Nasional yang terdaftar di JII periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder. Data diambil dari laporan tahunan atau laporan good corporate governance yang dipublikasikan oleh masing-masing perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perusahaan Nasional yang terdaftar di JII Periode 2019-2023. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 11 perusahaan nasional dengan periode penelitian 5 tahun. Selanjutnya, data di uji menggunkan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Environmental tidak berpengaruh terhadap abnormal return, sedangkan Social berpengaruh terhadap abnormal return dan Governance berpengaruh terhadap abnormal return. Pengaruh Environmental, Social, dan Governance secara simultan atau bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap abnormal return. Kata Kunci : Environmental, Social, Governance,, Abnormal Return. ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are 1.)To find out Environmental, Social, and Governance partially influence abnormal return in National Company for the 2019-2023 period. 2.)To find out Environmental, Social, and Governance have a Simultaaneously abnormal return in National Company for the 2019-2023 period. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data types. The data is taken from annual reports or good corporate governance reports published by each company. The population in this study are all National Company that have been registered with the Jakarta Islamic Index in the 2019-2023 period. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 11 National Company with a 5 year research period. Furthermore, the data was tested using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and processed using SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Environmental has no effect on abnormal return, while Social has an effect on abnormal return, and Governance has an effect on abnormal return. The influence of Environmental, Social, dan Governance simultaneously or jointly influences abnormal return. Keywords : Environmental, Social, Governance, Abnormal Return.
