ABSTRAK. 2 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Variabel Investasi, Tingkat Angkatan Kerja, dan Human Capital Investment terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan banyak pihak menyadari bahwa pentingnya pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya, sehingga kita dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah kita masing-masing guna mengurangi kesenjangan antar wilayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data panel yang diperolah dari publikasi resmi, seperti Badan Pusat Statistik serta intansi terkait untuk mengukur besar pengaruh atau tidaknya variabel-variabel diatas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB). Variabel Tingkat Angkatan Kerja (TAK) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB) . Variabel Human Capital Investment (HCI) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB). Kemudian berdasarkan nilai F-Statistic sebesar 71.209 dengan nilai Prob (f Statistic) sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Independen (X) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan (bersamaan) terhadap Variabel Dependen (Y). Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Investasi, Tingkat Angkatan Kerja, Human Capital Investment.
