Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya suatu bangsa untuk menghadapi dan bersaing di era baru. Melalui pendidikan, kita memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup di masa depan. Guru menjadi salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah. Guru sebagai pegawai dituntut untuk dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik, mereka harus memiliki kompetensi dan profesionalitas. Peran guru sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan kontribusi karyawan yang melaksanakan tuntutan peran di tempat kerja tanpa imbalan dari penyelesaian kinerja tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara religiusitas dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) pada Guru di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tegineneng Natar Lampung Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tegineneng Natar Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 63 Guru. Terdapat dua skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu, skala religiusitas dan skala OCB. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan saoftware JASP 0.16.4 for windows. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu nlai R=0.675 dengan taraf signifikan p< .001 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan OCB pada Guru di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tegineneng Natar Lampung Selatan. Adapun sumbangan efektif yang diberikan sebesar 45,5% terhadap variabel terikat (OCB), dengan sisanya sebesar 54,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel bebas di luar penelitian. Through education, we have the opportunity to develop abilities and improve the quality of life in the future. Teachers are one of the factors that determine the success of education in schools. Teachers as employees are required to be able to carry out their duties properly, they must have competence and professionalism. The role of teachers is very important in improving the quality of education in schools. Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is the contribution of employees who carry out role demands in the workplace without the reward of completing task performance. This study aims to analyse the relationship between religiosity and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Teachers at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Tegineneng Natar South Lampung. The population of this study were all teachers at the Darussalam Tegineneng Islamic Boarding School in Natar, South Lampung. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 63 teachers. There are two scales used in this study, namely, religiosity scale (), and OCB scale (). The analysis technique used is the product moment correlation technique with the help of JASP 0.16.4 software for windows. The results of data analysis obtained from this study are the value of R=0.675 with a significant level of p < .001 which indicates a significant relationship between religiosity and OCB in Teachers at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Tegineneng Natar South Lampung. The effective contribution given is 45.5% to the dependent variable (OCB), with the remaining 54.5% influenced by independent variables outside the study.
