Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Group Investigation berbantuan teknologi Augmented Reality terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VI di SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara Kabupaten Mesuji. Adapun yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagian peserta didik yang masih tergolong rendah, dikarenakan peserta didik kurang aktif dan terlihat merasa bosan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar IPA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Quasi Experimental atau eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Post Test Only Control Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara Kabupaten Mesuji dan jumlah sampel penelitian menggunakan Sampling Jenuh dengan jumlah total 34 peserta didik yang berasal dari dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrument tes berpikir kritis yang telah valid. Hasil data penelitian tentang berpikir kritis diperoleh dari data nilai posttest yang telah dianalisis menggunakan Uji independent sample T test untuk melihat pengaruh model terhadap variabel terikat yang dioperasikan dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan penerapan model Group Investigation berbantuan teknology Augmented Reality berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VI Di SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara Kabupaten Mesuji. Ini dapat dilihat dari sig. 2-tailed 0,001 < (0,05), maka diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik untuk post test kelas iii eksperimen (model pembelajaran Group Investigation) dengan post test kelas kontrol (model pembelajaran Diskusi Kelompok). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada penggunaan model Group Investigation berbantuan teknologi Augmented Reality terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara Kabupaten Mesuji. Kata kunci: Group Investigation berbantuan teknologi Augmented Reality, Berpikir Kritis, IPA iv ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Group Investigation assisted by Augmented Reality technology on the critical thinking skills of grade VI students at SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara, Mesuji Regency. The background of this study is the critical thinking skills of some students which are still relatively low, because students are less active and seem to feel bored in science teaching and learning activities. The type of research used by the researcher is quantitative research. The research method used is Quasi Experimental or pseudo experiment with Post Test Only Control Design research design. The population in this study were all students of grade VI of Elementary School 12 Rawajitu Utara, Mesuji Regency and the number of research samples used Saturated Sampling with a total of 34 students from two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data collection techniques were carried out using a valid critical thinking test instrument. The results of the research data on critical thinking were obtained from the posttest value data that had been analyzed using the Independent Sample T test to see the effect of the model on the dependent variable operated by the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study showed that the application of the Group Investigation model assisted by Augmented Reality technology had an effect on the critical thinking skills of grade VI students at SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara, Mesuji Regency. This can be seen from sig. 2 tailed 0.001 < (0.05), so it is known that there is a difference in the average critical thinking skills of students for the post-test of the v experimental class (Group Investigation learning model) and the post test of the control class (Group Discussion learning model). It can be concluded that there is an effect on the use of the Group Investigation model assisted by Augmented Reality technology on the critical thinking skills of grade VI students at SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara, Mesuji Regency.
