Abstract

ABSTRAK Nilai perusahaan merupakan persepsi investor terhadap perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dapat dinilai dari harga sahamnya yang stabil dan mengalami kenaikan dalam jangka panjang, harga saham yang tinggi membuat nilai perusahaan juga tinggi. Bagi perusahaan, nilai perusahaan sangat penting karena mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi investor terhadap perusahaan. Tujua dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan di bidang pangan pada Jakarta Islamic Index Periode 2016-2023. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pustaka (library research). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang penulis dapatkan dari laporan tahunan 4 perusahaan bidang pangan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index Periode 2016-2023 sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 sampel. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan model Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan di bidang pangan pada Jakarta Islamic Index Periode 2016-2023. Sedangkan kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan di bidang pangan pada Jakarta Islamic Index Periode 2016-2023. Perspektif ekonomi Islam mengenai nilai perusahaan di bidang pangan pada Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) periode 2016-2023 yaitu nilai perusahaan tidak hanya diukur dari aspek material seperti keuntungan finansial atau aset, tetapi juga mencakup aspek moral, etika, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Al-Qur'an sangat menekankan kejujuran dalam transaksi ekonomi dan menghindari kecurangan sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam QS. Al-A'raf ayat 85. Kata kunci : Keputusan Investasi, Kebijakan Deviden, Nilai Perusahaan, dan Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT Company value is the investor's perception of the company. The company's value can be assessed from its stable stock price and increases in the long term, high stock prices also make the company's value high. For companies, company value is very important because it reflects the company's performance which can influence investor perceptions of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment decisions and dividend policies on the value of companies in the food sector on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2016-2023 period. This research is library research. This study uses a quantitative approach. The samples that the author obtained from the annual reports of 4 food companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2016-2023 period so that the sample in this study was 32 samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that investment decisions affected the value of companies in the food sector on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2016-2023 period. Meanwhile, dividend policy did not affect the value of companies in the food sector on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2016-2023 period. The Islamic economic perspective on the value of companies in the food sector in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2016-2023 period, namely that company value is not only measured from material aspects such as financial profits or assets, but also includes moral, ethical, and social responsibility aspects. The Qur'an strongly emphasizes honesty in economic transactions and avoiding fraud as stated in QS. Al-A'raf verse 85.
