Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemanfaatan memberikan dampak langsung pada niat perilaku dalam menggunakan dompet digital, sementara kemudahan memberikan efek langsung atau tidak langsung pada niat perilaku melalui kemanfaatan yang dimiliki oleh teknologi terkait semakin mudah sistem digunakan, semakin bermanfaat hal tersebut. Generasi Z di Bandar Lampung memiliki latar belakang budaya dan ekonomi yang dapat memengaruhi persepsi mereka terhadap teknologi finansial. Selain itu, ketidakkonsistenan hasil penelitian sebelumnya terkait pengaruh risiko terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet menunjukkan bahwa beberapa studi menemukan risiko memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif, sementara studi lain menyatakan sebaliknya, sehingga diperlukan analisis lebih mendalam untuk memahami bagaimana risiko memengaruhi minat penggunaan ShopeePay di kalangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab celah-celah tersebut dengan menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, kemanfaatan, dan risiko terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay pada Generasi Z di Bandar Lampung secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis data primer. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian uji t yaitu kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap minat e-wallet ShopeePay. Kemanfaatan memliki pengaruh terhadap minat e-wallet ShopeePay dan risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay. Sedangkan pada uji f ketiga variabel independen memiliki bengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap minat e-wallet ShopeePay. ABSTRACT Usefulness has a direct impact on behavioral intentions in using digital wallets, while the ease of providing a direct or indirect effect on behavioral intentions through the benefits possessed by related technologies the easier the system is to use, the more useful it is. Generation Z in Bandar Lampung has a cultural and economic background that can influence their perception of financial technology. In addition, the inconsistency of previous research results regarding the effect of risk on interest in e-wallet use shows that some studies find risk to have a significant negative influence, while other studies state the opposite, so a more in-depth analysis is needed to understand how risk affects interest in using ShopeePay among Generation Z. This study aims to answer these gaps by analyzing the influence of ease of use, usefulness, and risk on the interest in using ShopeePay e-wallets in Generation Z in Bandar Lampung simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research with primary data types. The population of this study is generation Z in the city of Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study is 100 generation Z in Bandar Lampung City. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test research are that ease of use affects the interest of ShopeePay e-wallets. Usefulness has an influence on the interest in the ShopeePay e-wallet and the risk does not affect the interest in using the ShopeePay e-wallet. Meanwhile, in the f test, the three independent variables have an equal effect on the interest of the ShopeePay e-wallet.
