Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyampaian dakwah yang efektif dan persuasif dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan public speaking yang baik. Public speaking merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan dakwah. Oleh karena itu, Pesantren Putri Yayasan Dauman Quran Indonesia melalui kegiatan muhadharah berupaya meningkatkan public speaking santriwati guna terwujudnya calon daiyah yang mampu memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi umat sekitar. Dalam kegiatan tersebut terdapat program pembinaan bagi santriwati yang ingin tampil didepan khalayak umum dengan cara bimbingan public speaking dan harapannya santriwati dapat berlatih dan mempersipkan kebutuhannya dengan baik. Namun ternyata pembinaan tersebut masih kurang dalam pelaksanaannya disebabkan karena faktor tidak ada sistematika yang baik dari pihak pesantren sehingga pembinaan yang terjadi hanya sekedar pengkoreksian teks pidato dan berupa arahan-arahan dari musrifah saja tanpa pembinaan latihan public speaking yang serius. Untuk itu rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana efektivitas proses bimbingan public speaking dalam kegiatan muhadharah santriwati di Pesantren Putri Yayasan Dauman Quran Indonesia dengan tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas proses bimbingan public speaking dalam kegiatan muhadharah santriwati di Pesantren Putri Yayasan Dauman Quran Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data wawancara (interview), observasi (pengamatan) dan dokumentasi. Adapun sumber data primer menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel seluruh anggota populasi. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi pustaka seperti arsip, buku maupun dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aktivitas kegiatan dalam proses bimbingan public speaking memberikan efektivitas pada efek kognitif, afektif dan behavioral. Efek kognitif yaitu berupa bertambahnya ilmu pengetahuan tentang runtutan acara kegiatan muhadharah serta bertambahnya wawasan mengenai materi dakwah yang disampaikan. Efek afektif yaitu santriwati mampu ikut merasakan situasi dan kondisi yang sesuai dengan pembawaan yang diberikan oleh petugas muhadharah. Santriwati bisa mengikuti perasaan seperti sedih, senang, iba dan perasaan lainnya. Dan efek behavioral yaitu santriwati telah dapat menerapkan public speaking yang baik ketika tampil di khalayak umum. Kata Kunci : Public speaking, Muhadharah. ABSTARCK Effective and persuasive delivery of da'wah is influenced by the use of good public speaking. Public speaking is one of the important aspects in supporting the success of da'wah. Therefore, the Islamic Boarding School of the Dauman Quran Indonesia Foundation through muhadharah activities seeks to improve the public speaking of female students in order to realize prospective daiyah who are able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. In this activity there is a coaching program for female students who want to appear in front of the public through public speaking guidance and it is hoped that female students can practice and prepare their needs well. However, it turns out that the coaching is still lacking in its implementation due to the factor that there is no good systematics from the Islamic boarding school so that the coaching that occurs is only a correction of the speech text and in the form of directions from the musrifah without serious public speaking training coaching. For this reason, the formulation of the problem in this study is how effective the public speaking guidance process is in the muhadharah activities of female students at the Islamic Boarding School of the Dauman Quran Indonesia Foundation with the aim of writing to find out how effective the public speaking guidance process is in the muhadharah activities of female students at the Islamic Boarding School of the Dauman Quran Indonesia Foundation. In this study, the author uses field research with a qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques use interview data, observation and documentation. The primary data source uses a nonprobability sampling technique using a sample of all population members. While secondary data is obtained from library studies such as archives, books and documents. The results of this study indicate that the activity of activities in the public speaking guidance process provides effectiveness in cognitive, affective and behavioral effects. The cognitive effect is in the form of increasing knowledge about the sequence of muhadharah activity events and increasing insight into the preaching material presented. The affective effect is that female students are able to feel the situation and conditions that are in accordance with the presentation given by the muhadharah officers. Female students can follow feelings such as sadness, happiness, pity and other feelings. And the behavioral effect is that female students have been able to apply good public speaking when appearing in public. Keyword : Public Speaking, Muhadharah.
