Abstract

ABSTRAK Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) adalah inisiatif pemerintah yang dirancang untuk memberikan bantuan pendidikan kepada peserta didik dari keluarga kurang mampu, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan KIP dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar di SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data ini memungkinkan penulis untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mendalam mengenai pelaksanaan program KIP, serta persepsi peserta didik, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah terkait efektivitas program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan terhadap implementasi kebijakan KIP di SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung tergolong positif. Sebagian besar peserta didik yang terdaftar sebagai penerima KIP mematuhi prosedur yang ditetapkan, dan dana yang diterima digunakan sesuai dengan peruntukannya, seperti untuk biaya pendidikan dan kebutuhan sekolah. Proses implementasi KIP berjalan lancar, ditunjukkan oleh koordinasi yang baik antara pihak sekolah, dinas pendidikan, dan orang tua, sehingga pencairan dana dilakukan tepat waktu. Selain itu, program KIP berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar peserta didik, yang tercermin dari peningkatan nilai akademik mereka. Kata Kunci: Kartu Indonesia Pintar, Prestasi Belajar, Implementasi Kebijakan ii ABSTRACT The Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) program is a government initiative designed to provide educational assistance to students from underprivileged families, with the hope of improving access and quality of education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the KIP policy in improving learning achievement at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. This data collection technique allows the author to obtain in-depth information about the implementation of the KIP program, as well as the perceptions of students, parents, and school officials regarding the effectiveness of the program. The results showed that the level of compliance with the implementation of the KIP policy at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung was positive. Most students who are registered as KIP recipients comply with the established procedures, and the funds received are used according to their designation, such as for education costs and school needs. The KIP implementation process went smoothly, indicated by good coordination between the school, education office, and parents, so that the disbursement of funds was done on time. In addition, the KIP program succeeded in improving students' motivation and learning achievement, which was reflected in their improved academic grades.
