Abstract

ABSTRAK Keputusan pembelian berulang adalah aktivitas pembelian konsumen yang berulang dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan positif untuk produk atau layanan berdasarkan pengalaman masa lalu, setelah pembelian pertama produk atau layanan. Berdasarkan pra survey sebesar 73,3% pelanggan merasa tidak akan membeli produk dari McD, KFC, Starbuck, dan Unilever ditengah isu boikot yang sedang ada di Indonesia. Konsumen yang puas dengan produk yang diterimanya melakukan pembelian berulang. Customer Relationship Management dan Pengetahuan diharapkan mampu memberikan efek peningkatan terjadinya pembelian berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Pengetahuan dalam mempengaruhi Keputusan pembelian berulang pada produk yang terindikasi perlu dilakukan pemboikotan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu para Generasi-Z di kota Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 149.403 jiwa. Jumlah sampel dihitung menggunakan metode slovin dengan hasil sebesar 100 responden. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah SmartPLS dengan pendekatan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian berulang, dan Pengetahuan tidak memoderasi dengan memperlemah hubungan antara Customer Relationship Management terhadap Keputusan pembelian berulang . ABSTRACT Repeat purchase decisions are repeated consumer purchasing activities within a certain period of time and are positive for a product or service based on past experience, after the first purchase of a product or service. Consumers who are satisfied with the products they receive make repeat purchases. Customer Relationship Management and Knowledge are expected to have an effect on increasing the occurrence of repeat purchases. This study aims to determine how much influence Customer Relationship Management and Knowledge have in influencing repeat purchase decisions on products that are indicated to need to be boycotted. The population in this study were Generation-Z in Bandar Lampung city, totaling 149,403 people. The sample size was calculated using the slovin method with a result of 100 respondents. The application used in analyzing data is SmartPLS with a structural equation model (SEM) approach. The results showed that Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on repeat purchase decisions, and Knowledge are not able to moderates the relationship between Customer Relationship Management and repeat purchase decisions insignificantly.
