Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of net profit and company size on the stock price of IDX MES BUMN 17 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The type of research used is quantitative research. The technique in collecting secondary data with documentation techniques is to collect financial statements during the observation year, namely 2019-2023. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that 14 companies were obtained using eviews. Data is collected by downloading from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is panel data regression. Based on the results of the data test, it was obtained that net profit had a positive and significant effect on the stock price. And the size of the company has a positive, insignificant effect on the stock price. Net profit and company size together have a positive and significant effect on the stock price. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh laba bersih dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham pada IDX MES BUMN 17 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data sekunder dengan teknik dokumentasi yaitu mengumpulkan laporan keuangan selama tahun pengamatan yaitu 2019-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 14 perusahaan menggunakan eviews. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mengunduh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data diperoleh bahwa Laba bersih berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif, tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Laba bersih dan ukuran perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.
