Abstract

ABSTRAK Praktik akad jual beli dalam muamalah adalah mubah, selagi tidak ada naṡh yang melarangnnya. Sesuai dengan prinsip akad yaitu: kejelasan, keadilan, dan larangan riba. Saat ini banyak transaksi dengan praktik akad jual beli yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan dalam Islam. Wisata Lembah Millenium adalah salah satu wisata yang sedang marak diminati oleh masyarakat terutama di kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Praktik jual beli akad tiket wisata dalam wisata Lembah Millenium yang tidak ada kejelasan pada transaksi jual beli pada fasilitas dan wahana bermain. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana praktik akad jual beli tiket wisata dengan penambahan biaya fasilitas lain di Lembah Millenium Poncowati Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap akad tiket wisata dengan penambahan biaya fasilitas lain di Lembah Millenium Poncowati Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research). Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Lembah Millenium Poncowati Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode pengambilan data ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian di lapangan. Pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui wawancara (Interview). Hasil dari penelitian ini penulis mengambil kesimpulan pada pelaksanaan praktik akad jual beli tiket pihak Wisata Lembah Millenium tidak memperhatikan secara keseluruhan terkait pelaksanaan praktik akad jual beli tiket wisata. Adanya kejelasan menjadi hal penting dalam akad jual beli, karena tidak banyak orang tahu jika Wisata Lembah Millenium tidak hanya wisata alamnya saja tetapi ada banyak fasilitas-fasilitas bermain lainnya. Semua itu harus dengan keterangan yang jelas agar praktik akad jual beli tiket wisata berjalan dengan baik dan benar. Dan tinjauan hukum Islam terkait dengan penambahan biaya fasilitas lain di Lembah Millenium tidak terlaksana dengan baik karena adanya unsur ketidakjelasan dalam akad jual beli tiket wisata antara pengunjung dengan pihak wisata. Sebagian dari pengunjung yang belum mengetahui secara jelas merasa kesal yang mana dari masing-masing fasilitas sebagian berbayar. Karena dalam akadnya pihak wisata tidak menginformasikan dengan jelas, yang tidak sesuai dengan syarat sah akad jual beli yang diatur dalam Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. Kata Kunci: Akad, Jual Beli, Wisata. ABSTRACT The practice of the contract of sale and purchase in muamalah is mubah, as long as there is no nash that prohibits it. In accordance with the principles of the contract, namely: clarity, fairness, and prohibition of usury. Currently, there are many transactions with the practice of buying and selling contracts that are not in accordance with the rules in the Qur'an. Millenium Valley Tourism is one of the tourism that is in high demand by the community, especially in Central Lampung district. The practice of buying and selling tourist ticket contracts in Millenium Valley tourism where there is no clarity on buying and selling transactions at facilities and playgrounds. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to practice the contract of buying and selling tourist tickets with the addition of other facility fees and how to review Islamic law on tourist ticket contracts with the addition of other facility fees in the Millenium Valley of Poncowati, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. In this study, the researcher uses a field research method. The location of this research is in the Millenium Valley of Poncowati, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. This data collection method uses observation and interview methods. The types and sources of virginity in this study include primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting research in the field. Data collection is obtained through interviews (Interview). As a result of this study, the author concludes that the implementation of the practice of ticket buying and selling contracts by the Millennium Valley Tourism does not pay attention to the overall implementation of the practice of buying and selling tourist ticket contracts. The existence of clarity is an important thing in the purchase and sale contract, because not many people know that Millennium Valley Tourism is not only natural tourism but there are many other play facilities. All of this must be with clear information so that the practice of buying and selling tourist tickets runs properly and correctly. And the review of Islamic law related to the additional cost of other facilities in the Millennium Valley was not carried out properly because there was an element of ambiguity in the contract for buying and selling tourist tickets between visitors and tourists. Some of the visitors who do not know clearly are upset which of each facility is partially paid. Because in the contract the tourism party does not inform clearly, which is not in accordance with the legal requirements of the sale and purchase contract regulated in Sharia Economic Law.
