Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan data pada Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kota Bandar Lampung atas dasar harga konstan menurut lapangan usaha tahun 2019-2024 yang menunjukan bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kota Bandar Lampung mengalami fluktuasi, serta masih terbilang rendah di bandingkan daerah-daerah lain yang ada di Provinsi Lampung. Kemudian laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Bandar Lampung masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan Library Research. Sumber data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder berupa data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data Time Series dari tahun 2019-2024 yang diperoleh dari data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Bandar Lampung dengan total seluruh sektor yang di teliti ada 17 sektor. Data tersebut diolah menggunakan menggunakan alat analisis Location Quotient (LQ) dan Shift Share. Hasil dari analisis Location Quetient (LQ) yang tergolong sektor basis sebanyak 14 sektor ekonomi. Hasil dari analisis Shift Share yaitu pada Regional Share terdapat 17 sektor ekonomi. Pada Proportionality Shift terdapat 9 sektor ekonomi. Dan sektor pada Defferensial Shift (DS) positif ada 8 sektor ekonomi. Nilai penggabungan dari Location Quotient (LQ) dan Shift Share terdapat 14 sektor ekonomi. Dalam pandangan ekonomi islam bahwa manusia sebagai khalifah di muka bumi yang mempunyai tugas yaitu untuk memakmurkan bumi. Demikian pula untuk menjaga Sektor Basis yang menjadi sektor ekonomi masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidup serta sebagai modal dalam kegiatan produksi manusia. ABSTRACK This research is motivated by data on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Bandar Lampung City on the basis of constant prices according to businnes field in 2019-2024 which shows that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Bandar Lampung City has fluctuated, and is still relatively low compared to other regions. Other areas in Lampung Province. Then the economic growth rate of Bandar Lampung City is still relativity low. This research is a type of qualitive descriptive research. Using the Library Research approach. The data source used in this study is secondary data in the form of Time Series data from 2019 2024 obtained from data from data Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lampung Province and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bandar Lampung City with a total of 17 sectror studied. The data is processed using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share analysis tools. The result of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis are classified as base sectors as many as 14 economic sectors. The results of the Shift Share analysis are that there are 17 economic sectors in the Regional Share. In the Proportionality Shift there are 9 economic sectors. And the sectors in the positive Differential Shift (DS) are 8 economic sectors. The combined value of Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share are 14 economic sectors. In the view of islamic economics that humans are caliphs on earth who have the task of prospering the earth. Likewise to maintain the basic sectors which are the economics sectors of the people of Bandar Lampung City in order to meet the necessities of life as well as capital in human production activities.
