Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the influence of treasury application innovation on the development of digital gold investment interest of generation Z students in Bandar Lampung. The dependent variable in this research is investment interest (Y) and the independent variables are ease of transactions (X1), investment profits (X2), security (X3), and investment profits (X4). In this study, the population used was Generation Z students in Bandar Lampung. Determining the sample size was based on the Slovin method calculation, so the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique via SmartPLS 4.0 software. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1. Digital gold investment in Islam is permitted on the basis of the fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council No. 77/DSN-MUI/VI/2010 concerning Non-Cash Buying and Selling of Gold. 2. Ease of transactions has a significant direct influence on investment interest, so Hypothesis 1 (H1) is accepted. 3. Investment profits do not have a significant direct influence on investment interest, so Hypothesis 2 (H2) is rejected. 4. Security has a significant direct influence on investment interest, so Hypothesis 3 (H3) is accepted. 5. The price of gold has a significant direct influence on investment interest, so Hypothesis 4 (H4) is accepted.
