Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi suatu daerah. Perekonomian suatu wilayah dapat dikatakan sukses apabila masyarakatnya mampu merasakan kesejahteraan sebagai hasil positif dari aktivitas ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kapasitas Fiskal, IHDI dan UMP Terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Vector error Correction Mode (VECM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah enam provinsi di pulau jawa dari tahun 2008-2023 yang diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dalam jangka panjang dan jangka pendek Kapasitas Fiskal dan Upah Minimum Provinsi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. sedangkan variabel IHDI tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk berbagai kalangan. untuk Pemerintah dapat menjadi salah satu referensi dalam menentukan kebijakan. Bagi akademisi diharapkan berguna untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan untuk masyarakat diharapkn dapat menjadi tambahan informasi dan literasi. Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,Kapasitas Fiskal, IHDI dan UMP. ABSTRACT 2 Economic growth is a key indicator in assessing the success of a region's economic development. The economy of a region can be said to be successful if its people are able to feel prosperity as a positive result of economic activity. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of fiscal capacity, Islamic Human Development Index and Provincial Minimum Wage on economic growth. This study uses quantitative methods with Vector error Correction Mode (VECM) analysis techniques. the population in this study were six provinces on the island of Java from 2008-2023 which were taken by saturated sampling method. The results showed that partially in the long term and short term, Fiscal Capacity and Provincial Minimum Wage have a significant positive effect on economic growth. while the Islamic Human Development Index (IHDI) variable has no significant effect on economic growth. this research is expected to be useful for various groups. for regulators it can be one of the references in determining policies. For academics, it is expected to be useful for the development of science and for the community, it is expected to be an addition to information and literacy.
